AC DIELECTRIC TEST SYSTEM
The AC test transformers are especially designed for
medium capacitance testing object, such as power
transformers, cables, generators, motors, GIS
switchgears, bushings and arresters. It’s particularly
suited for tests requiring stable voltage even if the
load changes under voltage (corona, wet and
pollution tests) or when the load is inductive
(inductive voltage transformers).(inductive voltage transformers).
The possibility of stacking several of these
transformer modules allows reaching very high
voltage levels by keeping reasonable floor space. We
have successfully experienced 2250kV 4500kVA test
transformer by three module cascaded.
Tank type AC test transformer is situated in an
enclosed and earthed metal tank. This transformer is
oil-cooled and can be optionally equipped with a
suitable bushing (oil to air or oil to SF6). It’s also
qualified for continuous duty, long duration tests.
TheThe capacity of tank type test transformer is larger
than cylinder type, it can be used for high voltage
pollution tests, test line and capacity required
continuous test. This design is most suitable for
using outdoor, and therefore is recommended to use
in areas with poor climatic conditions, especially in
high humidity areas and tropical countries.

AC TEST TRANSFORMER
SF6 gas insulated test transformers are especially
designed for testing metal-clad switchgear (GIS) in
the factory and on-site, and for testing on-site
substation equipment. The conventional
transformer can be flanged directly to the GIS. This
makes testing of such installations possible
without feeding them through an air-SF6 bushing.
ThereforeTherefore the merits of the encapsulation remain
effective also during the test which is essential for
PD tests. These systems are particularly suited for
on-site tests of GIS after assembly. In the factory,
they allow to test sub-assemblies and components
directly in the manufacturing line, thus avoiding
transportation to a central test facility, and extra
handling.handling.
Portable test transformer are small volume, light weight, with compact structure and
multiple function, general purpose and easy to use. YDJ series is oil insulated, YDQ series is
SF6 gas insulated, GTB series is dry type, single voltage upto 150kV.

AC RESONANCE TEST SYSTEM
Adjustable inductance resonant test system is
designed to compensate capacitance in the
testing circuit precisely by tuning inductance of
the test system. The natural resonance frequency
of the test system matches feed-in mains, usually
50/60Hz. When the test system gets in resonance,
it generates continuous testing high voltage.
ItIt offers significant advantages to standard AC
test systems where the load is largely capacitive
with low loss such as power cables, GIS
switchgears, generator windings, motors,
transformers and dry testing of insulator strings.

Variable frequency resonant test system vary
the output frequency to tune the system to the
load capacitance creating a resonant circuit.
And the output frequency is typically in the
range of 20 to 300Hz. It is ideal for
commissioning tests of power cable and
GIS/GIL.
ComparedCompared to conventional AC test transformer,
the relatively low testing power required, and
the ability to make a direct comparison of the
factory and field tests, favors the variable
frequency resonant test system as the most
practical on-site test system.

SERIES RESONANT EQUIPMENT
Tank type AC series resonant test system is
special designed for the high capacitance load,
such as power cable. The huge system is suitable
for testing in the factory or on-site. There are two
different design: variable frequency or adjustable
inductance.
It’sIt’s widely used for MV capacitor testing, power
cable aging test, motor/generator testing and
other high power products testing.
ItsIts on-site testing system is movable and special
suitable for long distance paved power cable field
testing. The whole system are fixed on the truck (8
meters – 14 meters length, 2.5 meters width), the
truck can connected in series or parallel.
SF6 gas insulated series resonant test system is
special designed for testing of gas insulation
switchgear and gas insulation substations. The
system can be connected with the GIS directly,
which bring great convenient to the testing.
ComparedCompared to oil insulated resonant system, It has
the advantages of very low partial discharge
level, light weight, small volume and movable.
There are two different design: 30-200Hz
variable frequency or 50/60Hz adjustable
inductance.

LIGHTNING IMPULSE TEST SYSTEM
Our advanced impulse voltage generator can be used
to generate impulse voltage from 10kV to 7200kV
simulating lightning strokes and switching surges, it
also can be used to generator chopping wave,
oscillating wave and steeping wave if add some extra
equipments.
TheThe basic system can be upgraded in various ways for
special tests and greater ease of operation. A number
of additional circuits and components allow optimizing
the impulse test system for testing different kind of
high voltage test objects, such as power transformer,
power cable, instrument transformer (CT/PT/CVT),
insulator, GIS/switchgear, arrester, shunt reactor and

POWER CABLE HV TEST SYSTEM
The cable test termination is used for high
voltage testing of extruded insulation
power cables, to improve and control the
electrical field distribution at the end of
the cable. There is pump at the bottom of
the termination which enable the system
height adjustment.
ItIt is suitable for the test of AC withstand
test, partial discharge test, impulse
voltage test and tan delta test of cables.
And it makes the testing fast and easy.
Voltage can be up to 800kV-200kW, suitable for the power cable up to 525kV.
Heat cycling test set is designed to raise and control
the temperature of the conduct simulating high
current load in electric circuit. The high current is
generated by the ring core heating transformer. And
temperature measuring is achieved by Rogowski Coil.
TheThe whole system is consisted by heating circuit and
measuring circuit. Temperature and current
measurement are available in our system.
In order to reach high current or voltage, our solution
is modules connection. With several modules series or

PD SHIELDED ROOM FARADAY CAGE
PD shielded room, also known as faraday, can be used to eliminate electromagnetic field
interference, in order to make the suitable PD noise background when carry out partial
discharge test in accordance with IEC 60270.
It is suitable for partial discharge experiment and impulse test in different voltage band (110kV,
220kV, 500kV, 750kV, 1000kV) of power cables, power transformers, instrument transformers,
HV switches etc.

The design and size of the shielded room will be determined depending on the specific
application. They are separated into a test and control room. Furthermore they are equipped
with a PD-free lighting system, emergency lighting, and security loop. There is the option of

voltage tester, is widely used in AC withstand voltage test of large capacity equipments such
