A venit toamna — cel mai bogat anotimp al anului, iar o dată cu el a apărut și cel de-al doilea număr al revistei FIVE — cea mai rafinată și bogată revistă glossy de pe piața Cernăuțului. Această toamnă va aduce în dar momente noi pentru fiecare din noi: schimbări în viață, noi emoții, noi cunoștințe, noi șanse, noi greutăți. Principalul e să primim cu demnitate tot ceea ce ne-a rezervat destinul și să călătorim prin viață mai departe cu o valiză mare și plină de optimism.

мамаМногие люди стремятся быть успешными.

Но, увы, далеко не у каждого получается достичь успехов во всем, состояться и в карьере, и в личной жизни. Примером того, как достичь вершины во всем, есть Лидия Ротару — прекрасная жена, мама и успешная бизнес–леди.

— Расскажите немного о себе.— Я родилась в селе, в семье среднего

достатка. Отец работал бригадиром в колхозе, мама занималась воспитанием детей. Училась я в Маршинцах, потом, девятый и десятый классы, в Новоселицкой молдавской средней школе. После окончания школы училась в Новоселицком медицинском училище на акушерском отделении. В 1971 году поступила в Черновицкий университет на факультет романо–германской филологии. Там я проучилась 4 года, потом перевелась в Киевский институт иностранных языков.

— Что сформировало Вас как личность?

— В первую очередь повлияло воспитание родителей, ну и конечно же черты характера. У нас в семье все лидеры. Это, наверное, передается по наследству, генетически.

— В чем секрет Вашего семейного счастья?

— Думаю, людей должны объединять общие интересы. Вот мы познакомились в коллективе, ездили вместе очень долго. Сергей Борисович сначала был солистом и гитаристом, потом стал художественным руководителем. Но мы все время были рядом. И вот уже 33 года вместе.

Семья держится, когда люди вместе, когда они уважают друг друга, и могут уступать в чем–то, понимать. И, конечно же, если нет любви — не будет и семьи.

— Как пришла идея попробовать себя в бизнесе?

la toți li se primește să aibă parte de succes în tot ceea ce fac, de a se afirma atât în carieră cât și în viața personală. Un astfel de exemplu cum să obții succes în toate planurile este Lidia Rotaru — o femeie de afaceri de succes, o soție și o mamă minunată.

— Povestiți–ne un pic despre Dvs.— Eu m–am născut în sat, într–o familie

din clasa mijlocie. Tatăl lucra în calitate de maistru la o fermă de struguri, iar mama se ocupa de educația copiilor. Mi–am făcut studiile în Marșințî, apoi clasa a 9–a și a 10–a în școala medie moldovenească din Novoselițe. După finalizarea școlii am făcut studiile la Colegiul de medicină din Novoselițe la specialitatea de medic obstetrician. În 1971 am intrat la Universitatea din Cernăuți, la facultatea de filologie romano–germano. Acolo am învățat 4 ani, după care m–am mutat la Institutul din Kiev la limbi străine.

— Ce v–a format pe Dvs. în calitate de personalitate?

— Pe lîngă calitățile caracterului, în primul rând a avut influiență educația părinților. La noi în familie toți sunt lideri. Acest fapt cred că se transmite prin moștenire, e ceva genetic.

— În ce constă secretul Dvs. de fericire în familie?

Bănuiesc că oamenii trebuie să aibă interese comune. De exemplu noi ne–am cunoscut într–un colectiv, călătoream împreună foarte mult. Serghey Borisovich inițial era solist și chitarist, după care a devenit director artistic. Dar noi mereu eram împreună. Și iată că deja 33 de ani suntem împreună.

Familia rezistă atunci când persoanele sunt alături, se suțin, se stimează, există înțelegere reciprocă, și pot ceda în unele momente. Și desigur, dacă nu e dragoste, atunci nu va fi și familie.

— Cum v–a venit ideea de a vă încerca puterile în afacere?

everyone manages to achieve success in everything, to establish oneself in his or her career along with in his or her personal life. An example of how to reach the top in everything is Lidiya Rotaru, a wonderful wife, mom and successful business lady.

— Tell a few words about yourself— I was born in the village, in a family

of an average income. Our father worked as a foreman on a grape collective farm, and mom was busy with the upbringing of the children. I studied in Marshintsy, then in the 9th and 10th grade at a Moldavian high school in Novoselitsa. After finishing school, I studied at the Novoselitsa Medical secondary school, on the midwifery department. In 1971 I enrolled to Chernivtsi University on the Department of Roman and Germanic Philology. There I studied for four years, and then I transferred to the Kiev Institute of Foreign Languages.

— What shaped you as a person?— Primarily I was affected by the

upbringing of my parents, and of course by my character traits. Everyone in our family is a leader. This is probably inherited genetically.

— What’s your secret to family happiness?

— I think people should have the same interests. For example we met at our group, travelled together for a very long time. Sergey was first a singer and a guitarist, then he became the artistic director. But we were always close. And we are together already for 33 years.

A family is strong, when people are together, when they respect each other and can concede in something and understand. And of course if there is no love, there is no family.

— How did you get the idea to try yourself in business?

— Настало время, когда сцена осталась в прошлом, и нужно было чем–то заниматься. Дочка сейчас учиться за рубежом, мы с мужем остались вдвоем. И тогда я решила, что нужно заниматься чем–то еще. Оставаться дома в этом возрасте — значит начинать очень быстро стареть. Работа подтягивает, поддерживает человека. И вот тогда муж предложил мне «Пирамиду». Я уже пять лет являюсь хозяйкой этого ресторана. Бывает немножко трудновато, но мне интересно, я себя нахожу в чем–то.

— Расскажите немного о Вашем заведении?

— У нас есть бильярдная, банкетный зал. А также хорошая кухня, хороший коллектив. Слава Богу, люди приходят, значит им нравится.

— В чем же секрет создания хорошего коллектива?

— Над коллективом обязательно нужно работать. Я беру молодых. С ними мне легче, удобнее и приятнее сотрудничать. Если кто–то из них хочет что–то поменять в своей жизни, то я только желаю им успеха. От нас уезжали и в Германию, и в Италию, но возвращались обратно, говорили, что лучшей хозяйки они не встречали.

— Какой ваш принцип работы с персоналом?

— Наверное, надо быть жестким в работе, но я так не умею. Я пытаюсь найти общий язык с работниками, делюсь с ними всем, а они со мной. Я вхожу в их положение, пытаюсь им помочь. А с другой стороны они ко мне с уважением относятся. У меня такой принцип работы.

Требую, чтобы работники имели соответствующий внешний вид, не опаздывали на работу, досконально знали меню, умели разговаривать с клиентами. В любом ресторане, несмотря на то, что клиенты бывают не правы, нужно помнить, что клиент всегда прав.

Но все же иногда приходится и увольнять работников, например за то, что обманывают клиентов.

— A venit timpul când scena a rămas în trecut și trebuia de ocupat cu ceva. Fata își face studiile peste hotare, iar eu am rămas doar cu soțul. Și atunci am hotărât că trebuie să mă ocup cu ceva. Să stai acasă la așa o vârstă, ar însemna să îmbătrînești foarte repede. În schimb lucrul te ține mereu în formă. Și iată că atunci soțul mi–a propus „Piramida”. Eu deja 5 ani sunt proprietara acestui restaurant. Uneori mi–i cam greu, dar în același timp îmi este interesant, mă regăsesc în ceea ce fac.

— Ne veți povesti puțin despre localul Dvs.?

— Pe lângă restaurant mai avem biliard, și sală de banchet. De asemenea o bucătărie bună și un colectiv profesional. Slavă Domnului, clienți avem, înseamnă că le suntem pe plac.

— În ce totuși constă secretul formării unui colectiv bun?

— Asupra colectivului cu siguranță trebuie de lucrat. Eu angajez tineret. Cu ei mie îmi este mai ușor, mai comod și mai plăcut să lucrez. Dacă cineva din ei doresc să schimbe ceva în viața lor, atunci eu doar le urez succes. De la noi au plecat și în Germania, și în Italia, dar mereu se întorceau înapoi, zicînd că mai bună stăpână ei nu au întîlnit.

— Care e principiul Dvs. de lucru cu personalul?

— Presupun că trebuie să fii dur în lucru, doar că eu astfel nu pot. Eu încerc să găsesc limbă comună cu angajații, îmi împărtășesc cu ei părerile și ei respectiv la fel. Eu le intru în situații și mă strădui să–i ajut, astfel din partea lor am tot respectul. Acesta e principiul meu de lucru.

Cer ca angajații să fie îmbrăcați adecvat, să nu întârzie la serviciu, să știe la perfecție meniul și să vorbească frumos cu clienții. În orice restaurant, necătând la faptul că clientul nu are dreptate mereu, trebuie de ținut minte totuși, că clientul are mereu dreptate.

Dar totuși se mai întîmplă și să demisionez angajați din motiv că amăgesc clienții.

— A time came when the stage was left behind, and I needed something to do. My daughter is studying abroad; my husband and I were left alone. And then I decided that I needed something else to do. Staying at home at this age means to begin to old very quickly. Work tightens and supports a person. That’s when my husband offered me the “Pyramid”. I have been the owner of the restaurant for 5 years. It can be a little difficult at times, but it’s interesting, I discover myself in something.

— Tell us a little bit about your establishment?

— We have a billiard room, a ballroom. We also have good food and a good staff. Thank God, people are coming, that means that they like it.

— What is the secret of creating a good team?

— You definitely have to work with your team. I take young people. It’s easier, more convenient, and more enjoyable to work with them. If any one of them wants to change something in their lives, then I only wish them success. People left us for Germany, Italy, but always returned, saying that they never met a better owner.

— What is your principle of working with your staff?

— Probably I should be tougher at work, but I can not. I’m trying to find a common language with the employees, I share everything with them, and they share with me. I try to understand their situations, I try to help them. On the other hand, they show me respect. This is my principle of working.

I demand that workers have an appropriate look, don’t come late for work, know the menu thoroughly and know how to talk to customers. In any restaurant despite the fact that customers can be wrong, you need to remember that the customer is always right.

Still, sometimes you have to fire workers, for example for the fact that they cheat customers.

— Как преодолеваете конкуренцию?

— Мы постоянно работаем над кухней, чтобы сделать что–то новое, что–то обновить. У нас хорошие повара. Они готовят блюда буковинской и молдавской кухни. Ведь к нам приходят те люди, которые привыкли к нашей пище. Ну... по–моему получается у нас не плохо. У нас делают банкеты, крестины, дни рождения и даже маленькие свадьбы.

— А знаменитые гости к вам заходят?

— К нам в ресторан приходило много известных людей: Богдан Ступка, Евгений Евтушенко, Григорий Лепс, Ирина Билык, Вячеслав Агашкин, София и Аурика Ротару.

Когда было 600–летие Черновцов, все музыканты, которые приехали с Германии, Америки, Канады, Австралии, — все были здесь. Собралась настолько приятная компания. С некоторыми с гостей общаюсь теперь в интернете. И даже когда приезжал из Германии Юра Вакшанский, он пел в «Червоній Руті» в самом начале, то заходил к нам с сыном.

Все–таки музыканты остаются музыкантами. И как бы время не шло, мы все равно встречаемся, общаемся, вспоминаем. Очень приятно, что есть такое заведение, где можно встретиться.

— Есть ли оптимальное время для того, чтобы начинать свой бизнес?

— Начинать свой бизнес можно в любом возрасте. Я после выхода на пенсию освоила компьютер, научилась водить машину, начала ресторанный бизнес. У меня шло все чередом: и медицина, и сцена, и вот сейчас — бизнес. Действовать нужно в зависимости от обстоятельств. У кого–то получается поставить себе цель и идти к ней, но для этого нужно еще иметь доходы, найти коллектив, работать с ним. Это очень сложно. Наверное, в жизни если дано что–то, так оно и будет, но стремиться к цели все равно нужно.

— Cum faceți față concurenței?— Noi în permanență lucrăm asupra

bucătăriei, pentru a face ceva nou. Avem bucătari foarte buni. Ei gătesc bucate moldovenești și bucoviniene, deoarece la noi vin acei oameni, care sunt obișnuiți cu o astfel de bucătărie. Și se pare că la noi se primește nu rău. La noi se fac banchete, cumătrii, zile de naștere și chiar nunți mici.

— Dar de oaspeți renumiți aveți parte?— În restaurantul nostru am avut parte

de multe persoane renumite: Bogdan Stupka, Eugeniu Eutușenko, Grigorie Leps, Irina Bilyk, Veaceslav Agașkin, Sofia și Aurica Rotaru.

Când s–au împlinit 600 de ani ai or. Cernăuți, toți muzicanții care au venit din Germania, America, Canada și Australia — toți au fost la noi. S–a adunat o companie foarte plăcută. Cu unii din oaspeți comunic și până în ziua de azi pe internet. Chiar și atunci când a venit din Germania Iurie Vașkanskyi, care a cântat în „Chervona Ruta” de la bunul început, a intrat pe la noi împreună cu fiul său.

Totuși muzicanții rămân a fi muzicanți. Și cum nu ar fugi timpul, noi oricum ne întâlnim, comunicăm, ne depănăm amintirile. E foarte plăcut faptul că există un astfel de local, unde te poți întîlni.

— Este un careva anume moment care e benefic pentru inițierea unei afaceri proprii?

Inițierea afacerii proprii e posibilă la orice vârstă. Eu după ieșirea la pensie am învățat a utiliza calculatorul, a conduce automobilul, am început afacerea cu restaurantul. La mine totul a decurs pe etape, medicina, scena și iată că acum afacerea proprie. De acționat trebuie în conformitate cu împrejurările. La cineva se primește să–și stabilească un scop și să îl urmeze, dar pentru acest fapt e nevoie de surse financiare, de a găsi un colectiv și de a lucra cu el. Acest fapt e foarte greu. Posibil că în viață dacă e dat să se întâmple un lucru așa și va fi, dar oricum indiferent de tot ce se întâmplă trebuie să ne urmăm scopurile mereu.

— How do you overcome competition?

— We constantly work on our cookery, to make something new, to renew something. We have good cooks. They cook Bucovinian and Moldavian dishes. After all, people come to our place who are used to our food. Well...I think we do a pretty good job. We do banquets, baptisms, birthday parties and even small weddings.

— Do famous people stop by at your place?

— Many famous people came to our restaurant: Bogdan Stupka, Yevgeny Yevtushenko, Grigory Leps, Irina Bilyk, V’yacheslav Agashkin, Sofia and Aurica Rotaru.

When it was the 600th anniversary of Chernivtsi, all of the musicians who came from Germany, USA, Canada, Australia, they all were here. Such a pleasant company was gathered. I communicate with some of the guests in the Internet. And even when Yuriy Vakshanskiy came from Germany, who sang in the very beginning in “Chernova Ruta”, he stopped by with his son.

Still, musicians are musicians. And, no matter how time goes by, we still meet, communicate, and remember. It’s a pleasure, that there is such a place where you can meet.

— Is there a best time to start your own business?

— You can start your own business at any age. After retiring, I learned how to use a computer, how to drive a car, and started a restaurant business. Everything went in turn, medicine, the stage, and now business. You should act depending on the circumstances. Someone can set a goal for himself and reach it, but you also have to have income, find a team, and work with it. It’s very difficult. Probably if something is given, that’s how it will be, but you still have to strive to reach your goal.

Правила карьерного роста в иностранной компании

Главными преимуществами работы в иностранной фирме, по мнению среднестатистического украинца, являются: высокая зарплата и поощрения, четкий график работы и перспективы карьерного роста, лучшие условия труда, командировки за границу, больше возможностей для обучения, дресс–код и демократичные отношения в коллективе.

Что касается зарплаты, то все зависит от рынка, на котором работает компания (продукты, финансы, нефть и т.п.), политики в области оплаты труда и ценности конкретного сотрудника. То есть, платить будут, исходя из того, во сколько данная позиция оценивается на местном рынке труда и ни копейкой больше.

Перспектива карьерного роста в иностранной компании для «нашего брата» не особо реальна. Руководящие должности часто занимают командированные из центральных (заграничных) офисов проверенные люди, что уменьшает возможности продвижения по службе для украинских специалистов.

График работы обговорен и четко установлен. А вот «посиделки» за работой до вечера или по выходным оплачиваться не будут.

Условия труда действительно могут быть на порядок качественнее тех, что предлагают украинские фирмы: новая оргтехника, суперсовременное оборудование, удобная офисная мебель и организованный рабочий быт.

Командировки за границу не означают путешествия и реализацию мечты о заграничном отдыхе. В объявлениях о вакансии пишут о поиске сотрудников, «готовых к командировкам», но никак не «желающих поколесить по свету» за счет фирмы. В командировках нужно работать.

Regulile creșterii în carieră într–o companie străină

Cele mai principale avantaje de a lucra într–o companie străină, după părerea ucraineanului, sunt: salarii mari și mai multă stimulare, un program stabil de lucru și perspective de creștere profesională, condiții mai bune de lucru, deplasări peste hotare, mai multe posbilități de performanță, adoptarea unui dress code și o atitudine mult mai democratică în colectiv.

În ceea ce privește salariul, aici totul depinde de piața pe care lucrează compania respectivă (productelor, finanțelor, petrolieră ș.a), de politica în domeniul salariului și de valoarea angajatului respectiv. Adică, vor plăti doar atât cât această poziție valorează pe piața locală a muncii și nici un ban mai mult.

Perspectiva creșterii profesionale într–o companie străină pentru „fratele nostru” nu prea aparține domeniului realității. Posturile de conducere deseori le ocupă detașații de la oficiile centrale străine, oameni deja verificați și testați, ceea ce micșorează promovarea în grad a specialiștilor ucraineni.

Programul de lucru este discutat și bine stabilit. Dar iată că „șezătorile” seara după serviciu sau în zilele de odihnă nu vor fi plătite.

Condițiile de lucru într–adevăr pot fi la un nivel mai înalt, decât cele care sunt oferite de către firmele ucrainene: noi echipamente de birou, mobilă confortabilă și o viață organizată de lucru.

Deplasările în scop de serviciu peste hotare nu semnifică călătoriile și realizările viselor în scopul odihnei peste hotare. În anunțurile vacante e scris referitor la găsirea angajaților „predispuși la deplasări”, dar nicidecum — „doritorii de a călători prin lume” din contul firmei. În deplasări trebuie de lucrat.

Rules for career growth in a foreign company

The main advantages of working in a foreign company, according to the average Ukrainian, are high salary wages and more incentives, a clear timetable and career prospects, better working conditions, business trips abroad, and more opportunities for training, dress code and more democratic relations in the team.

What concerns salary, it all depends on the market in which the company is working (products, finance, oil, etc.), salary policy and the values of a particular employee. That is, the pay will be as much as this position is assessed on the local labor market and not a penny more.

Career prospects in a foreign company for “our brother” are not particularly realistic. Management positions are often occupied by proven people who are seconded from the central (foreign) offices, reducing the opportunities of career advancement for Ukrainian specialists.

The schedule is discussed and clearly established. But the “gatherings” at work till the evening or on weekends will not be paid for.

Working conditions can actually be much better, than the ones offered by Ukrainian companies: new office appliances, modern equipment, comfortable office furniture and organized working life.

Business trips abroad do not mean traveling and realizing the dream of overseas holidays. The job posting says about finding employees, “ready to travel”, but not “wishing to fly around the world” at the firm’s expense. You need to work on business trips.

В перечне обязанностей служащего западной организации могут быть прописаны правила дресс–кода. Обязательное их соблюдение обусловлено в первую очередь статусом предприятия. Хочешь работать — придется отказаться от мини–юбок, джинсов и глубоких декольте.

Если директор предприятия иностранец, это абсолютно не означает, что он лучше или хуже «начальника–земляка». Единственное, что может стать камнем преткновения, это не всегда уловимая нить в разговоре с работодателем.

Можно найти общий язык с боссом, качественно выполняя все требования и свою работу, но это вовсе не означает, что Вы перешли с ним на «ты» и завели дружбу.

О разнице заработной платы сотрудников украинской и иностранной компаний говорить не приходится, так как эту информацию «частники» не особо разглашают. Единственный точно известный нам факт — это разница валюты, в которой та самая зарплата выплачивается.

În lista de obligații a angajatului într–o organizație din vest pot fi incluse și regulile referitor la dress code. Respectarea lor este obligatorie în primul rând de către statutul întreprinderii. Dacă vrei să lucrezi, atunci trebuie să renunți la mini fuste, blugi și decolteuri adânci.

Dacă directorul întreprinderii e străin, acest fapt nu semnifică deloc că e mai bun sau mai rău decât „șeful autohton”. Unica barieră care poate exista, e faptul că nu întotdeauna poate fi percepută conversația cu angajatorul într–un mod corect.

Se poate de găsit un limbaj comun cu șeful, efectuîndu–ți calitativ toate cerințele de lucru, dar acest fapt nu înseamnă deloc că poți trece deja la „Tu” și închega o relație de prietenie. Despre o diferență de salariu al angajaților ucraineni și a celor străini nu se discută, din motiv că această informație „proprietarii” nu obișnuiesc să o dezvăluie. Unicul lucru care ne este cunoscut ferm este diferența de valută în care se plătește acel salariu.

Există un șir de companii străine din diverse domenii, care s–au recomandat nu rău pe piața din Cernăuți. Dar sunt automobile care pe bună dreptate le putem numi mașini de lux, în ele se combină perfect comoditatea cu siguranța și viteza. Anume astfel de mașini au și intrat în topul celor 5 „supercar–uri” ale modernității.

The car has long ago become a necessity, and today many people do not imagine their lives without it. On the road we mainly see economy class models or at best business class. But there are cars that can truly be called luxurious: they perfectly combine comfort, safety and speed. It is these cars that put together the top five “super cars” of today.

The brand Bugatti (1) has created a supercar, which had long been nicknamed the “race car for the city”. Under the hood of the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport is an engine with 1200 horsepower. Such an engine accelerates the car to 430 km/h. Up to today this car is the fastest among supercars. Its price is $2.4 million.

In second place is the supercar Koenigsegg — Agera R (2). Its engine has 1115 horsepower. The top speed is 418 km/h. When buying a snow white “beauty” the future owner will have to part ways with $1.6 million.

The third line in the rating is divided by two supercars: German Gumpert Apollo (3) and the English noble M600 (4). The first has a maximum speed of 360 km/h and 650 horsepower. Ele demult deja au întrecut vânzările referitor la renumitele branduri, și totodată ele nu cedează prin calitatea sa.

Лето закончилось — модницам и модникам пора задуматься над тем, что же носить в этом сезоне. Конечно же, в холодные сезоны сложнее одеваться красиво, чем летом. Но все же в любое время нужно выглядеть идеально.

Этими осенью и зимой стоит обратить внимание не столько на новые цвета, сколько на их оттенки. Так же, как и летом, остаются модными фиолетовый, лиловый, зеленый, оттенки коричневого (шоколадный, бежевый, капучино). А вот черный цвет не актуален: считается не очень хорошим вкусом, когда одеваются полностью в черный.

Пробуйте создавать новые, непривычные сочетания цветов. Например, красный с зеленым, синий с фиолетовым или голубой с оранжевым.

В этом сезоне модно носить вещи с принтами животных или геометрических узоров. Последние стали сейчас мельче и четче.

În această toamnă și iarnă trebuie de atras atenție nu doar la culorile noi, ci și la nuanțele lor. La fel ca și vara, culorile în vogă sunt violet, lila, verde, nuanțele frumoase ale cafeniului, ciocolatiu, nuanțe de la bej la cappuccino. Dar iată că negrul nu mai este la modă, se consideră de prost gust dacă te îmbraci în totalitate în negru.

Încercață să creați combinații noi, neobișnuite de culori. De exemplu roșu cu verde, albastru cu violet, sau albastru cu portocaliu.

În acest sezon e la modă să porți haine cu print de animale sau figuri geometrice. Cele din urmă au devenit acum mult mai mici și mai clare.

Acum e actuală combinația dintre jachetă cu alte produse vestimentare simple. Designerii ne propun câteva variante de combinare a acestei piese din garderoba noastră.

Jachete din denim. Diversitatea culorilor și materialelor au condus jachetele de acest tip la o mare popularitate în acest sezon. Originalitatea lor li se datorează nu doar culorilor neon ce le oferă respectivele jachete, dar și aplicarea efectului de material uzat și cu mici zgârîieturi.

Stilul „pilot”. Tradiția modei contemporane a devenit reapariția stilului odată popular. Astăzi vedem revenirea jachetelor cusute în stil „pilot”. Suferind careva modificări, ele se evidențiază printr–un print consistent cu desene complicate, printr–o varietate de culori, dintre care prioritate li se acordă culorilor aprinse.

fashion–conscious women and men to think about what to wear this season. Certainly in the cold seasons it is more complicated to dress beautifully than in the summer. Still, at any time, you need to look perfect.

This fall and winter, you should pay attention not only to the new colors, but to their shades. As well as in the summer, fashionable colors are purple, lilac, green, beautiful shades of brown, chocolate, beige and cappuccino. But black is not relevant: it’s considered to be bad taste when dressed entirely in black.

Try to create new, unusual color combinations. For example: red with green, blue with purple, or blue with orange.

This season it is fashionable to wear things with prints of animals or geometric prints. The latter have now become smaller and more precise.

Тыква — продукт осенний и солнечный. Когда–то она была признанным блюдом на любом столе. Но потом про тыкву забыли, все чаще отдавая предпочтение кабачкам, патиссонам, а позже — цуккини. И только сегодня тыква опять приобретает былую популярность.

Родиной тыквы считается Америка. О том, как она появилась в Европе, точно неизвестно. Вполне возможно, что крупноплодную тыкву привезли корабли с добычей испанских конкистадоров, а мелкоплодную — повозки рыцарей–крестоносцев, возвратившихся из очередного крестового похода. На территории Украины тыква появилась в XVI веке.

Pumpkin is a product of autumn and the sun. Once it was a recognized dish on any table. But then the pumpkin was forgotten, in favor of courgettes, squash, and later zucchini. And only today has the pumpkin again acquired its former popularity.

The birthplace of pumpkin is considered to be America. Exactly how it appeared in Europe is not known. It is possible that large fruited pumpkin was brought on ships with loot of the Spanish conquistadors, and the small–fruited on carts of the knights returning from another crusade. On the territory of ukraine, pumpkin appeared in the XVI century.

Pumpkin was used not only for food; it was also an attribute of folk customs. For example, in English–speaking countries on Halloween lamps were produced out of them. This tradition has gone from the Celtic custom to build lights to help the souls of the dead to find their way into the purgatory. In America, their production fell on the time of harvest, and had nothing to do with Halloween until the second half of the XIX century.

Today, the tradition of celebrating Halloween came to Ukraine. This holiday has become especially popular among the youth.

Away from customs, pumpkin is primarily a source of tasty and healthy dishes and a kind of natural vitamin and mineral complex that slows aging and helps maintain sexual activity in norm.

Vegetable seeds are also useful. They contain up to 52% of fatty oil and 28% of protein. And the zinc found in them, is an excellent mean of preventing prostatitis.

Приготовление: Тыкву натрите на терке, смешайте с мукой и яйцом, добавьте соль и сахар по вкусу. Разогрейте масло в сковороде, положите маленькие блины ложкой и обжарьте с обеих сторон до золотисто–коричневого цвета.

Mod de preparare: de tăiat partea de sus a dovleacului, de scos pulpa. A se coace dovleacul în cuptor până se înmoaie. Interiorul „oalei” de dovleac se freacă cu usturoiul pisat și se umple cu cartofii și carnea, care au fost anterior fierte. După care se adaugă ciupercile și se bagă la cuptor pentru 20-30 min.

Dovleac cu legume (România) (2)Ingridiente: dovleac — 1 kg., orez —

0,5 pahar, ceapă — 1-2 buc., roșii — 2-3 buc., cașcaval ras — 2 linguri, usturoi — 2-3 căței, bulion — 1 pahar, sare, piper.

Mod de preparare: De curățit dovleacul, de tăiat în jumătate, de ales o parte din pulpă. Ceapa de tocat, de prăjit, de adăugat cubulețele de roșii tăiate și puțin de călit toată această compoziție. De adăugat orezul, care a fost preventiv înmuiat în apă, usturoiul pisat mărunt, sare, piper și mai apoi totul de amestecat. De a se pune toată această compoziție în dovleac, de a se turna 2-3 linguri de bulion și de a se presura cu cașcaval. După care a se băga la cuptor pentru 30-40 min.Salată din dovleac și mere (Anglia) (3)

Ingridiente: dovleqac — 300 gr., mere — 300 gr., zahăr — 40 gr., miez de nucă — 45 gr., zahăr vanilat — 1 linguriță, suc de lămâie.

Mod de preparare: Dovleacul și merele curățite de tăiat felii subțiri, de a se condimenta cu suc de lămâie, zahăr vanilat, miez de nucă și de a se băga pe 2 ore în frigider.

Toate camerele sunt aranjate în stil de „câine”, cu multe detalii legate de ei.

Partea originală a hotelului „Dog Bark Park Inn” o prezintă mâncarea neobișnuită. Nu vă speriați, stăpânii nu vă vor hrăni cu mâncare pentru câini, dar în schimb vă vor servi cu biscuiți în formă de câine.

The main goal of this modular hotel was the fast construction of affordable housing made of recycled materials and the development of tourist services. A room in the Tube hotel can comfortably accommodate two people, and panoramic views of the Sierra del Tepozteco–Cuernavaca makes you forget that you are in a trivial concrete pipe.

The price for accommodation is set by the guests themselves, which is fair for such a level of comfort. The cost effectiveness of such housing is achieved by minimum comfort: double bed, clean linen, electrical outlet and a desk lamp. There is no staff there and the rest of the amenities (shower, toilet, coffee) are in the park zone outside of the territory of the hotel. For obvious reasons, the hotel is open only in the warmer months, from May to October.

All rooms are decorated in the “dog” style, with a lot of the items being related to dogs.

While resting at the hotel “Dog Bark Park Inn” the brand touch of it, is the unusual food. No, owners won’t feed visitors with dog food, but they do treat them with cookies in the form of dogs.

пейнтбол. Одна из них повествует о человеке с фамилией Пейнт, который, собственно, и придумал первые пейнтбольные шарики. А двадцать лет спустя два друга Дэвид Фримен и Джефф Парлмуотер впервые использовали пейнтбольный маркер его же фирмы для игры. В 80–х годах пейнтбол стал активно развиваться: появлялся новый инвентарь. Сегодня игра набирает популярность и в Черновцах. Желающим попробовать свои силы и хорошенько развлечься доступны тактический и спортивный пейнтбол. Отметим, что время от времени проводятся соревнования по спортивному пейнтболу на всеукраинском уровне.

Тактический пейнтбол появился первым. Он отличается своей доступностью и возможностью дать волю фантазии. Участники ведут игру скрытно и вдумчиво, чётко рассчитывая свои действия. Игра проводится по определённому сценарию. В нём задействовано большое количество игроков, которые разделены на армии со своими генералами, полковниками, офицерами и рядовыми. Одновременно принимать участие в игре могут от 50 до 1000 человек. «Боевые действия» проводятся на сравнительно больших территориях. Это могут быть заброшенные постройки или участки леса, подземные лабиринты. Тактический пейнтбол отлично подойдет как стратегам, так и экстремалам.

Cum el a apărutSunt câteva versiuni referitor la apariția

acestui joc de paintball. Una din ele e povestea despre un om cu numele de Paint, care de fapt a și inventat primele bile de paintball. Iar după 20 de ani, doi prieteni David Friman și Jeff Parlmouter pentru prima dată au încercat pentru firma lor markerul de paintball în joacă. În anii ’80, paintball–ul a începur activ să se dezvolte, au apărut arme și echipamente noi. În ziua de azi acest sport ia amploare și în Cernăuți. Pentru doritorii de a–și încerca puterile și de a se distra pe bune, e accesibil atât paintball–ul tactic cât și cel sportiv. Referitor la cel de–al doilea tip de paintball uneori se organizează și competiții la nivel de toată țara.

Paintball–ul tactic a apărut primul. El se caracterizează prin accesibilitatea sa și posibilitatea de a da frâu liber fanteziei. Participanții sunt rezervați și gânditori în acțiunile sale, își stabilesc clar acțiunile sale. Joaca se petrece după un scenariu stabilit. În ea sunt implicate un număr mare de jucători, care sunt împărțite în armate, fiecare avînd generalii, coloneii, ofițerii și soldații săi. Concomitent pot participa în joacă de la 50–100 persoane. Paintball is a great idea for people who love outdoor activities. It gives a lot of positive emotions and adrenaline. Experienced players say that once you try, you will never be able to live without paintball.

How it appearedThere are several versions of how the

game emerged. One of them tells the story of a man with the surname of Paint, who in fact invented the first paintball pellets. Twenty years later two friends, David Freeman and Jeff Parlmuoter first used a paintball gun of his company for the game. In the 80’s, paintball started to actively develop: new weapons and equipment appeared. Today, the game is gaining popularity in Chernivtsi. Tactical and sportive paintball is available for those who wish to try their hand and have a good time. Competitions are held at a National level for the latter.

Tactical paintball came first. It is notable for its accessibility and its ability to unleash the imagination. The participants are playing discreetly and thoughtfully, clearly considering their actions. From 50 to 1000 people can take part in the game simultaneously. The game is played by a particular scenario. It involves a large number of players, who are divided into armies with its generals, colonels, officers and privates. “Warfare” is conducted on relatively large areas. This may be abandoned buildings or forests, underground labyrinths.

Tactical paintball is perfect for strategists and extreme sports lovers.

Game rules of sportive paintball are tougher. Two teams of five players are in an equal position. Playgrounds for sportive paintball are small, and divided in half. A few symmetrical rows of brightly colored cover material are situated on them. The border of the

Советы новичкамДля начала вам нужно собрать команду

из 6–8 человек и обратиться в один из пейнтбольных клубов. С собой надо иметь спортивную одежду и сменную обувь: кроссовки или берцы.

Mezoterapia — o serie de injecții cu acid hialuronic, vitamine și microelemente în formă de soluție apoasă, în care medicul (în dependență de starea pielii) adaugă un cocktail de diverse vitamine. Cu ajutorul mezoterapiei poți scăpa de riduri, poți micșora pigmentarea pielii, elimina bărbia dublă, „îmblînzi” pielea problematică. Among the most effective methods of non–surgical correction of the face, neck, décolleté and body are considered biorevitalization and mesotherapy.

So, biorevitalization is a series of injections of hyaluronic acid in the form of a gel, which is injected into the skin surface (surface layers of skin). The skin is tightened and wrinkles are smoothened.

Mesotherapy is a series of injections of hyaluronic acid, vitamins and minerals, in the form of liquid solution, in which a doctor (depending on the condition of the skin) adds different vitamin cocktails. With the help of mesotherapy you can get rid of wrinkles, reduce skin pigmentation, remove double chin, and “tame” problem skin. Mesotechnology makes a great contribution to the fight against hair loss and baldness.

These procedures have a common goal: to significantly improve the appearance of skin, to rejuvenate it. The difference is that in the process of their application a variety of medicine, methods and techniques are used. Also biorevitalization is a new highly effective technique which allows achieving a more pronounced effect than the classic mesotherapy, through advanced new hyaluronic acid obtained biochemically.

Цены в Украине: мезотерапия — от 300 до 980 гривен; биоревитализация от 1500 до 2900 гривен (смотря, на каком участке кожи делать).

В Европе, например, только консультация и назначение врача могут стоить 290 евро. А вот в Турции, России косметологические процедуры имеют равнозначную стоимость с украинскими ценами. Значительная разница по деньгам между Украиной и заграницей — это дорога и проживание. Взвесив все «за» и «против», можно сделать вывод, что «наши» цены не особо отличаются от европейских. Ну а дома, как известно, и стены помогают!

Cât de des a trebui să facem aceste proceduri și cât durează efectul lor? Cursul de mezoterapie e necesar de efectuat 1–2 ori pe an. Efectul durează de la 6–12 luni, în dependență de problemă. Cursul de biorevitalizare trebuie de făcut 2 ori pe an. Iar mai apoi de menținut cu injecții o dată la 6 luni.

Prețurile în ucraina: mezoterapia de la 300–900 uAH, biorevitalizarea de la 1 500–2 900 uAH ( în dependență pe ce zone ale pielii se efectuează).

În Europa, de exemplu, doar consultația și recomandarea medicului pot costa 290 EuRO. Dar iată că în Turcia, Rusia prețurile pentru serviciile cosmetologice au același preț ca în Ucraina. Diferența considerabilă de bani între Ucraina și țara străină „potrivită” pentru Dvs. constă în drum și cheltuielile de întreținere. Analizând punctele forte și slabe, se poate de făcut concluzia că prețurile noastre nu prea diferă de cele europene. Dar acasă, precum știm bine cu toții — și pereții ne ajută!

В прошлом номере «FIVE» был объявлен конкурс на самую необыкновенную и удивительную историю о себе. Результаты не заставили нас ждать. На электронный адрес журнала пришло много писем. Победительницей конкурса стала девушка, рассказ которой тронул сердца всего коллектива «FIVE».

Светлана Шибаева поведала о нелегкой судьбе одинокой молодой женщины, которая, в итоге все–таки нашла свое счастье. Коренная россиянка, попавшая в Черновцы и оставшаяся здесь насовсем, в возрасте 30 лет была еще незамужем. Она уже было отчаялась найти свою вторую половинку, но судьба дала шанс на счастье. Сомнительная, как казалось тогда, регистрация на сайте знакомств подарила неожиданную, но такую долгожданную встречу с человеком ее мечты. Одинаковые вкусы, похожие взгляды на жизнь и самое красивое имя на земле! С той самой встречи и по сегодняшний день с уст Светы не сходит улыбка, а глаза переполнены счастьем. Настоящим женским счастьем!

Принцип жизни Светы — не сдаваться ни при каких обстоятельствах и быть оптимисткой.

В награду за проявленную инициативу и победу в конкурсе Светлана Шибаева получила новый красивый образ от команды «FIVE» и салона красоты «Мулатка».

Results of contest “Your image of 2012”

In the last issue of “FIVE” there was a contest for the most unusual and amazing story about himself. The results did not make us wait. Many letters came to the E–mail address of our magazine. The winner of the contest was the girl whose story touched the hearts of our entire team of magazine “FIVE”.

Svetlana Shibaeva told about the difficult fate of a lonely young woman who in the end still found happiness. A native Russian woman, who came to Chernivtsi and stayed here for good, at the age of 30 years was yet to be married. She was in despair to find her soul mate, but fate gave her a chance at happiness. As doubtful as it seemed then, registration on an online dating site gave an unexpected but such a long–awaited meeting with the man of her dreams. The same tastes, similar views on life and the most beautiful name in the world! Since that meeting and to this day, a smile has not left Svetlana’s face, and her eyes are filled with happiness. True women’s happiness!

The principle of Svetlana’s life is to never give up no matter what, and to always stay optimistic.

As a reward for taking the lead and winning the contest, Svetlana Shibaeva got a new flawlessly–beautiful image from team “FIVE” and beauty salon “Mulatka”.

True professionals of the beauty salon “Mulatka” (which is situated by the address Chernivtsi city, Golovna 265a street, Shopping center “DEPOt center”) worked on the image of Svetlana: the makeup was done by Anna Kotsur, and the hairdo was done by Inna Tulik.

Rezultatele concursului „noua ta imagine 2012”

În ediția precedentă FIVE a fost anunțat concursul referitor la cea mai neobișnuită și uimitoare istorioară despre tine. Rezultatele nu s-au lăsat mult așteptate. Pe adresa electronică a revistei am primit o sumedenie de scrisori. Câștigătoarea concursului a devenit fata a cărei istorioare a atins inima colectivului FIVE.

Svetlana Șibaeva ne-a povestit despre calvarul femeii singuratice de care a avut parte în viața sa, dar care totuși în final și-a găsit fericirea. De origine rusă, venită în Cernăuți și stabilindu-se aici defenitiv, la vârsta de 30 de ani era încă celibatară. Ea deja nu mai credea că își va găsi jumatatea sa, dar iată că soarta i-a dat șansa de a fi fericită. Datorită unui site de socializare, pe care i se părea dubioasă pe atunci înregistrarea, i s- a oferit posibilitatea de a-și întâlni barbatul vieții sale. Gusturi comune, aceleași viziuni asupra vieții și cel mai frumos nume din lume! Din acel moment și pînă în ziua de azi, din spusele Svetlanei, nu mai dispare zîmbetul de pe fața ei, iar ochii îi sunt mereu plini de fericire. Asupra ei s-a năpustit o adevărată fericire de femeie!

Principiul de viață al Svetlanei – să nu te dai bătută indiferent de situația cu care te confrunți și să fii mereu optimistă!

În calitate de premiu pentru inițiativă și victoria din concursul afișat în ediția precedentă, Svetlana Șibaeva a avut parte de o schimbare foarte frumoasă a imaginii sale din partea colectivului FIVE și a solonului de frumusețe „Mulatka”.

Asupra imaginii sale au lucrat adevărați profesioniști ai salonului de frumusețe „Mulatka” (or. Cernăuți, str. Golovnaya 265 a, CCD „DEPOt center”, et.2): machiajul făcut de Koțur Ana, iar coafura – Tulik Inna.
