The Fitzrovia Trust is a local charity which was established in 1985. Its strategy is to acquire vacant and run-down property of noted architectural and historical significance and bring them back into beneficial use for the community. It is underscored by the desire to play a role in the development of the local community. The Trust works with local authorities, housing associations, local enterprises and other interested stakeholders to identify opportunities which can make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
