  • St LawrenceSt Lawrence has such sensational sea views which change throughout the day. This makes it such a relaxing and interesting place to live.

Pembrokeshire is superb. There are so many places to go on long walks and admire the scenery. In Fishguard there is a cinema, delicatessen, health food shop art gallery and restaurants. There is also a weekly farmers market that comes to the town. Transport links are easily accessible with not only one but two train stations in Fishguard/Goodwick. We are really going to miss going for long walks on the Pembrokeshire Coastal path for which there is direct access from St Lawrence, and also sitting on the terrace enjoying the stunning sea views which are just mesmerising.

We have made many improvements whilst living here. We loved the high ceilings and redesigned the main living area to an open plan layout to create a contemporary and airy feel inside the house and to maximize on the incredible views. The kitchen has been reconfigured and now boasts a bespoke kitchen with solid maple units incorporating a feature island with granite surfaces throughout. We have also replaced all en-suite facilities. All the windows are now aluminium, some with integral blinds, reinforcing the contemporary look.

Our favourite room is the open plan living area from where there are quadruple aspect views it is also a great space for entertaining with the doors open in summer or in the winter months with the logburner. The garden has established azalias, magnolia and a productive walnut tree, together with a fenced area for vegetable growing. There are numerous areas to relax and enjoy the sea air and views throughout the garden. In the summer the garden is also brilliant for barbeques and al fresco dining or under the colonnaded terrace with a heater for those cooler evenings.

St Lawrence would be fantastic for anyone looking to relocate to a versatile property with stunning views in a great location, yet only a five minute walk to town. We are really going to miss living here when we leave and have shared some extremely happy memories with both friends and family.*
