ESCR Unit. It will also feature international experts including Ricardo Martner (ECLAC), Rodrigo

Uprimny (UN ESCR Committee), Magdalena Sepúlveda (ICRICT) and Carmen Salcedo

(University of Valencia, Spain); and civil society representatives including Sergio Chaparro

(DeJusticia), Grazielle David (INESC), Mariana González (Fundar), Gaby Ore Aguilar and

Nicholas Lusiani (CESR).
