FAMILY CONVERSATIONS - The purpose of these events is to allow all clergy and laity to come together in a safe space to learn a little about the legislation process of General Conference 2020 and to connect through conversation about the present and future of our church. FUMCBV has been strategically chosen for geographical reasons to host an event to allow more opportunities for people to attend. Saturday, March 14 at 10:00am we will be hosting other churches in our area. NEXT SUNDAY, March 15 at 3:00pm we will present the information for our congregation. If you would like further information regarding the General Conference legislative process, please plan on attending this event. More information is available about these events in our March newsletter.

BAZAAR WORKSHOPS have begun again on Thursdays in the Quilt Room, from 9:00am until about 2:00pm, with coffee and snacks as usual. Bring a sack lunch if you plan to stay the whole time. We try to have projects for all ranges of talents, and the fellowship is wonderful. We can always use ideas, or perhaps you just want to do your own projects at home. We try to have supplies available for you to complete at home if you prefer. Speak with Darleen O’Brien 281-781-3838 or Judy Bilyeu 479-721-9460 for questions or information.

GRIEF SUPPORT ~ Pastor Brenda will begin a new Grief Support class Tuesday, March 10th at 5:30pm in the Parlor, and will meet every Tuesday for 9 weeks. All are welcome who feel this group might help them in recovering from a grief situation. Read more about it in Pastor Brenda’s article on page 3 in the March Good News.
