First Term Assessment 2019-20

Grade 1 - 12 General Instructions:

• Exam Timings : 8:00 Am to 10:00 AM (from 08.12.2019 to 19.12.2019)

• Exam days arrival to School : 7.30 AM

• Office timings from 8th December – 19th December : 7.30 AM to 1

PM

• Office Timings during winter break (22.12.2019 – 31.12.2019): 9.00 AM to 1 PM but School’s office will be closed from 26.12.2019

to 29.12.2019.

• Report card day: 11th January (Saturday) 2020 from 9.00 AM to 1 PM.

• School Buses will leave at 10.15 am from 8th December 2019.

• School reopens for Second term 2019-20 : 2nd January 2020

(Thursday)

• Students using private transport should be picked up by their

parents latest by 10:30 AM.

• Winter break: 22nd December 2019 (Sunday) to 1st January 2020 (Wednesday).

• Citizenship exam will be conducted as per ministry’s schedule. • All re-exams will be conducted after 22.12.2019 or during 1st week of

January 2020.
