Opportunities and Events
Baby Shower for Sydnie Yeske (daughter of Kurt & Mallorie Yeske), will be held through today, May 12. Baby Shower for Niko Nonnemacher (son of Drew & Karina Nonnemacher), will be held through May 26. Gift suggestions include diapers (sizes 3 & 4), children’s books, gift
cards to Walmart, Target, or restaurants. Please bring your gifts to the Pack ‘n Play in the Fellowship Hall.
Honoring Gerald Bruxvoort: Please join us today, right after the service to honor and say goodbye to Gerald Bruxvoort, who will be moving to College Station, Texas in a couple weeks. We want to thank Gerald for his many faithful years of service to FRC and we wish him well as he takes these next steps in his life.
New FRC Welcome Gift Boxes are available for you to give to those you would like to invite to church! This is a great tool to tell others what FRC is all about. Pick them up at the Welcome Center and be sure to give them to others as a way to say, “We would love to have you join us at FRC!”
New Coffee Bar! Our coffee bar features Regular, Decaf & Hazelnut coffees, as well as creamer flavors to add to your coffee. Enjoy! Note: When bringing coffee into the Sanctuary please use a lid.
Tulip Festival float riders needed: The new church float will be in each afternoon and evening parade, and we need riders! All ages are welcome—a Dutch costume is required. To reserve the parade time you would like and for more information, please contact Dianne Van Wyk at (712) 441-4055.
The Pioneer Home is asking for volunteers willing to commit approximately 3 hours in the morning, for even one day a week, between 8 -11 am, Monday - Friday to sit in the office, answer the phone, take messages and to be available to answer questions of and visit with the residents. This would allow the manager to be out of the building to do repairs and errands. If you would be interested in helping please contact Arlo at 737-2206.
Do you enjoy meeting and greeting people? The Connecting Team is looking for a few more Sunday morning Door Openers and Welcome Center Attendants. You would be scheduled about once every 6 weeks. Please stop by the Welcome Center or contact Ken Oldenkamp at [email protected] to get more info or get signed up.

Each week there will be one video session (6-11 minutes in length), and daily discussion prompts. Also,
handouts will be available for download if you would like to dive deeper. The Book of Ruth is an "oldie but a goodie" and you will not want to miss Bianca's fresh and fun-insights! Sign up today by
