community, caste, sub caste and tribal community has different genetic set up hence onemedicine can not be good for all of them. He said that Vaishya community in Hyderabad lack agene due to which if anesthesia is given to them they die or may take very long time recover.Similarly some communities in Africa are resistant to HIV infection. Dr Lalji Singh informed thatIN USA alone more than 25000 people die every year due to adverse effect of the drugs. Drugswhose clinical trials have been done abroad are given to Indians which may not be god for themand may cause serious adverse effects. In India, Pakistan, Indonesia and Malaysia somepeople have a defective gene due to which they may die due to silent cardiac arrest. But thisdefective gene is not found else where in the world. This genemutation in Indians and other countries occurred around 33000 years back. Many vaccineswhich are successful in western world sometimes don’t work in India and this is due to thedifferent genetic set up Indians have got. Therefore according Dr Singh our traditional system ofMedicine which has been used and thus tested for thousands of years in India can be the bestway of treating the various diseases in India.
