status is unknown.High frequency of wound infection with

pasteurella and other oral pathogens. Likely to require antibiotic treatment.

that sometimes require antibiotic treatment for deep wounds.

TIME TO TAKE A TEST

1.  If you are bitten by an animal, but have no bleeding you should

• a.  Apply continuous pressure to the area

• b.   Do nothing and continue working

• c.   Rinse the area for 30 seconds

• d. Wash the area immediately with soap and water for at least 5 minutes
