Originally founded in 1992, by John Ezzy and David Jurotte, the company has progressively grown and expanded its business operations to now employ in excess of 120 staff.
Our central headquarters are located in the Castle Hillbusiness zone with our support office in Thailand, allowing us to efficiently manage multiple job sites throughout the Sydney Metropolitan area. We specialise in, but are not limited to:

JOHN EZZYDirector / Business Manager (Plumbing Licence No. 28017C) John Ezzy has lived and breathed plumbing for over 25 years, starting out as a 1st year plumbers apprentice, to building a successful plumbing company "Bluewater Plumbing ( NSW) Pty Ltd", of which John is a co-director.
John has had over 18 years in business management and this has provided him with the expertise to build and run a successful business, whilst maintaining excellent client and staff relationships.
During his plumbing tenure, John has specialised in a vast array ofquality plumbing works, including Single and Double Storey Cottages, Shopping Centres, Restaurants, Residential Towers and Commercial and Industrial Complexes.
DAVID JUROTTEDirector/Commercial Operation Manager (Plumbing Licence No.82615C) David Jurotte has worked extensively in the plumbing industry for over 23 years and has spent the last 12 years working together with John Ezzy. David is a co-director of "Bluewater Plumbing NSW Pty Ltd".
In David's role as Commercial Operations Manager, he facilitates the management and control of all of our large commercial projects, working closely with our on-site supervisors and foremen. Together with John Ezzy, David has been instrumental in building the business in the areas of: Single and Double Storey Cottages, Shopping Centres, Restaurants, Residential Towers, Commercial and Industrial Complexes.
GLENN HALLChief Operating Officer/ Business Development (B.Com CA) Glenn Hall is a qualified Chartered Accountant, and brings over 25 years of professional business expertise to the company.
Glenn's skill set is in business expansion and growth strategies which he has utilised to help assist and develop key operational targets within the business. Previous experience gained whilst acting on the board of directors for entities within the property development, architectural and investment fields, has allowed Glenn to hone his skills to ensure thatbusiness compliance, structuring, growth strategies and funding goals are achieved in line with company goals.
Glenn helps by bringing his professional expertise and drive to the plumbing business, coupled with his positive attitude and direction insupporting both directors.

In order to monitor the job as it progresses and to ensurethe highest standards are maintained, we have created a quality assurance program, specific to each new job.
In this program there are a series of detailed checklists that are specific to each stage of the development process.
This commitment to quality ensures all works performed by the company follows not only the standards and guidelinesestablished by SAI Global, but also follows the high standardswe have established for ourselves
Our quality assurance mangement team ensure that all works are monitored, checked & documented at the various stages of development.
Once all the specific requirements are met, the quality review checklist is then signed off by the workers, site supervisor and head contractor/builder.
All Quality Assurance Reports are submitted to the are submitted to the Builder on a regular monthly basis for their internal review and records.

WORKERS COMPENSATIONWe know the importance of providing a secure and hazard free working environment for our employees, but we also understand that sometimes accidents do happen.
We hold a Workers Compensation Policy with the insurance provider Employers Mutual NSW Limited.
A Workers Compensation Certificate of Currency can be provided to you at your request.
Through safe work practices and constant monitoring of worksite hazards and risks, we prefer to be pro-active and aim to prevent accidents and injuries from occurring in the first place.
BUSINESS INSURANCEThe company maintains a $20 million Public Liability and $10 million Professional Indemnity Policy. A Certificate of Currency can be provided to you, at your request.
CONSTRUCTION INDUCTION COURSE (WHITE CARDS)We are WHS compliant. All employees are required to hold and maintain their current white card whilst attending all job sites. New employees are also required to sit the WHS course beforethey are allowed on site.
