Professional Experience 2009 – Current Senior Project Co-ordinator – Australia Pacific LNG Upstream Phase 1 Project Origin Energy Australia Pacific LNG (APLNG) is a joint venture partnership between Origin, ConocoPhillips and Sinopec. APLNG is a coal seam gas to liquefied natural gas project delivering a cleaner, greener sustainable energy source. APLNG created 10,000 jobs throughout the life of the Project, increasing local skills and boosting regional economies in Queensland. Achievements: ● PA support to the Project Director (Origin) and administration and technical support to the

Deputy Project Director (ConocoPhillips) and his team, including diary and travel management and organising training and conferences.

● Successful organisation of 80 Board, Investor, Senior VIP and government guests site visits throughout the Project to numerous sites during various stages of construction, resulting in improved shareholder confidence and share price increases.

● High level logistics planning from one week road trips, to small aircraft and helicopter charters as construction at sites, and airports, progressed over the years.

● Compliance and training point for 65 administrators during project peak, resulting in 100% compliance.

● Co-ordinated setup of 4 Project offices, including 3 based in Melbourne, required for acquisition projects.

● Planning and co-ordinating during a 6 year project, including a 1 year close out period, including process management and multiple contractor finalisation and demobilisation.

Responsibilities: ● Coordinate meeting agendas, minutes, papers, board presentations, steering committee

papers, board reports, and other complex documents requiring integration of multiple office technologies and software applications in a timely manner.

● Project Office set-up from its inception to completion including securing building accommodation, staff engagement and moves inter and intra office; liaising with Origin Corporate on office standards and services.

● Drive compliance with Origin’s policies and procedures and the Project’s joint venture procedures and processes.

● Manage all logistics with regard to on high level site field visits to Australia Pacific LNG assets for senior management, government officials, investors and analysts.

● Provide guidance, instruction, direction, training and support to the Project Administration Team (over 65 staff) based in Brisbane and in the field with regard to processes and procedures for the Project and for Origin.

2006 – 2009 Project Administrator Origin Energy Achievements: ● Relocated by the business from Melbourne as a key team member in the successful

acquisition of SunRetail and integration of SunRetail staff into the Origin business. ● Successfully organised the Reverse Osmosis Plant Opening Event at site in 2008. ● Whilst assisting with the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement in 2009,

organised and participated in community engagement road shows in Dalby, Chinchilla, Miles and Roma.

● Co-directed several company internal DVD’s including ‘Spring Gully Capability’ and ‘Australia Pacific LNG’.

● Organised and managed a two day roadshow for the Managing Director’s 2009 yearly manager’s conference. 55 attendees visiting a number of sites.

● Organised and managed Origin’s Board site visit to greenfields sites during 2009. Responsibilities: ● Provided personal administration support including preparation of memos, letters, reports,

meeting minutes, policies and procedures, and presentations for the project team. ● Provided particular support to the Project Manager with regard to financial tracking, schedule

and contracts. ● Managed all internal and external events relating to the project. ● Processed invoice and credit card reconciliations, allocating costs to appropriate cost

centres, through the Oracle accounting system. ● Provided inductions to all staff and contractors joining the project. ● Coordinated all travel arrangements for the group which included a roster of pool vehicles. ● Maintained and secured all confidential files and documents for the Senior Project Managers

through the Document Management System including hard copy filing system.

2002 – 2006 Facilities Manager Origin Energy Responsibilities: ● Managed 3 sites housing over 1,000 employees in Melbourne and inner city
