• Hardest: individuals & their behaviour, appliances, gadgets, IoT

What can be done with regulation in energy?
• COM guidance very welcome!
• The coming Network code on cyber security is a good opportunity for electricity sector. Caution is needed on level of detail!
• Other energy sectors? Sector coupling?
• Focus should be on risk mitigation but also recovery. Exercises!
• Threats can migrate from other sectors to energy. Competences?
