Sanford Process provides the world’s finest hard- anodizing process for coating all aluminum alloys for the different industries. Specifically, the San- ford Low Voltage (12-18 V DC) AC+AC Process can successfully and repeatedly coat 2000 series aluminum alloy and casting and can produce uni- form thicknesses of up to 0.008 in. on many alloys. Sanford offers three options in the hard-anodizing process, covering the broadest possible range of applications in the industry.
