As you can see, the results from question one show that ‘vibe’ is the most popular magazine out of the five options and future music is the least. This may conclude that future music is a niche market magazine so isn't as popular as the remaining magazines.

From my results of question two you can see that having an ‘interview’ in a music magazine is vital as it allows the reader to keep up to date with their favourite bands and artists, this is a major selling point to in contrast having backstage coverage

Double page spreads are a very important aspect of music magazines and the most popular polls rated were ‘interviews’ and ‘top charted music’ this means musical is vital for the audience and they want a continuation of musical entertainment
How much would you spend on a music magazine?
Sales
£1.40£2.70£3.80£4.30
My results for question four clearly show that people are willing to spend around £1.40 for a magazine. However these results show that the majority of people are spending around £2.70-£3.80 this suggests that they are willing to push the boat out for a better quality magazine with more information in it.
What bands are you into?

These results clearly show that there is high demand in popular music and that there is a variety when coming to certain bands. This means that companies are going to have to stretch the boat out when coming to meet the needs of all customers. This way it satisfies everyone and increases the sales.
What would encourage you to buy a music magazine?
Sales
freebiescompotitionsexclusive dealsentertainment
From these results you can clearly conclude that entertainment by far is one of the largest factors when coming to audiences decisions to buy a magazine. Entertainment is vital as without it the customers would get bored very easily. However exclusive deals seemed to be the lest popular as the people I interviewed were more interested in the music aspect of the magazine.
