18 GSRs present Old Business- Proposal 1 from 5/16 ASC -To bring In the Spirit of Love account to $3,500.00 for the beginning of the 20178 Convention. Proposal Passes
Budgets (GSRs were informed that budgets were to be voted on at the July ASC) Activities and Events Budget $1,374.84 Public Relations$700 for Literature Subcommittee Reports (All reports are attached and available online at www.flana.net) Public Relations (PR)-Reported that Hospitals & Institutions is going well in Clifton W3, Van Dyke is looking to have slots filled, and Bath VA is asking us to come in with a presentation to the clients. Loyola in Hornell is in the work’s. And the public presentation in Naples is in Naples June 21st Guidelines-Met with PR, SOL and A&E and have made progress Plans to meet with Literature in July Literature- Last month, the Literature order from PR check bounced. Total of $111. 00.. (PR wrote a check to literature to cover, at ASC) Activities & Events (A&E)- Attended the We Together Hand in Hand HG. Beef Roast. Was well attended. Finalizing the Pig Roast shopping list for 7/23. More events planned. In The Spirit of Love (SOL)-Still in need of Money handler and Arts and Graphic Facilitator Raffle details are being worked out and will be announced. Officer Reports (attached to minutes on website) RCM-More to Report from WSC next month Treasurer- looking toi pay mail box and submitted a proposal for percentage of Region Donation Secretary- Not Present Assistant Facilitator- filled in as Note taker and ready for audit
New Business Proposal 1- That any additional money to secure a Storage Unit be paid for by the ASC. Proposal Withdrawn by Maker Proposal 2- We change the Guidelines to reflect that 10% of group donations be sent to Region each month. Proposal 3-The SOL Committee contribute $500 that was designated for storage unit ( to be put on hold), and the A&E Committee contribute monies over seed money $110.96 to NNYRSCNA for the purpose of insurance Meeting Closed at 2:10 ( wasn’t noted, memory think 2:10 or so) ASC Audit to follow

memberc at last meeting and continue to keep the committee as attractive so the message is
carried to the addict who is yet to come. Loyola in Hornell will be added to the list of possibility

Members expressed concem that H&l should just serd members into facilities without attending
H&!. We feelthat is a disasterwaiting to happen and encourage members interested to show up
to H&l meeting that meets after the ASCat 1PM.
WebsiteWe have looked into switching from ipowerto a least costly provider. The domain won't cost
anything to keep. Next month we will have more infonnation on yearly costs. Please keep

Splritual AwarenessFliers were passed out. We are all set. The menu will be Pulled Pork, Pulled chicken, neckbone
and black eye peas. Speakers will be from many placas and strength in diversity.
Whafs happening in PRWe attended the Partnership of Ontario County heroin forum to the public at Red Jacket HS
May 19th and it went very well. 70 people came out and some interest of ongoing recovery wasthere and asked about. We sat on a forum with Sheriff , Ontario County Jail, FI3CRA, a person
in Rehab, a dad who lost his so to an Overdose and f'amily intervention counselor. June 21stwewill be in Naples. We are also going to be gaining cortacts to other counties in ourArea.FinancialsPudent $250 balance afier lit last month $ $229.04 and $88.05 order this month, $6.20 bankfee, balance $134.75. Asking $115.25 to be brought back to prudent reserve

Guidelines subcommittee Report: 6ltLlt6we met on 6/5/16 Having only two present it was cancelled at12:25pm. lt was decided due to the Holiday Weekend next month 4thof July, there will be no guidelines meeting on sunday July 3d.
