3-D Rendering

Finest Design Nest offers a professional, all-round 3D rendering and

drafting service. By partnering with Finest Design Nest, you can get

the required help to present your ideas and designs to your clients in a

professional and comprehensive manner. Once you outsource your 3D

rendering and drafting services to us, you can be assured of

a top-quality service which will impress you and your clients.

Steps to create Layout Plan / Construction Drawings

1. Contact us: Contact a Finest Project Coordinator and hand over relevant information and documentation, such as hand drawings, renderings and design proposals.

2. Follow-up by a Project Coordinator and Quotation: A Finest Project Coordinator will schedule a personal meeting to discuss requirements. Based on the provided documentation and information, a quotation will be issued with an expected finishing date.

3. Deposit and Drafting: 50% deposit upon quotation confirmation is required to proceed to the drafting phase. If it is a project-based package, the Layout Plan will be sent to clients for approval. We will then proceed to Elevation, Detail and other drawings.

4. Drafts for Review: Drafts of whole projects will be sent to clients for necessary comment and markup. Two sets of minor corrections are included in the quote. There will be an extra charge for reconstruction and elevation changes, and an updated quotation will be issued.

5. Final Production: Once the draft is approved and finalized, we will then proceed to the final production phase. Please settle the balance. We will send you the final drawings in PDF and DWG format via email.

6.Modification:There will be an extra charge for any edits, and a new quotation will be issued.

Construction Drawings / Layout DrawingsWe provide a CAD draftingserviceforallprojectstages.Servicecanbechargedasaproject-basedpackage(wholeproject),orbyasingledrawing.

Production Time(oncedetailsareconfirmed):• Project-basedDrawings:7-14workingdays.• SingleDrawing:3-5workingdays.

Steps to create 3D Rendering

1. Contact us: Please send us the related information and documents: eg. layout plan, elevations, ceiling plan, construction drawings, camera angles for the views, furnishings, paint, wallpaper, flooring, materials and landscape (if applicable). Send a reference image that captures the preferred “mood” and “style” of rendering via email.

2. Follow-up by a Project Coordinator and Quotation: Based on the provided documentation and information, a quotation will be issued with an expected finishing date.

3. Deposit and Drafting: 50% deposit upon quotation confirmation is required to proceed to the drafting phase.

4. Drafts for Review: The color draft will be sent to clients for necessary comments and markups. Two sets of minor corrections are included in the quote. There will be an extra charge for model reconstruction and angle changes, and an updated quotation will be issued.

5. Final Production: Once the draft is approved and finalized, we will proceed to the final production phase. Please settle the balance. We will send you the final rendering in JPG or TIF format via email. The resolution of the image can reach 2000px (the longest side).

6.Modification: We will do a minor modification at no charge. There will be an extra charge for re-rendering, and a new quotation will be issued.
