CEU/ Professional Development Hours Log
View Your Profile Information: You MUST be logged in to the ISAE website, www.iowasae.org, in order to find
and view your event registration information and professional development log. Then CLICK ON the “Manage
Profile” link in the My Profile box on the right side of the page.
Event Registrations: If you wish to see the list of Events you have registered for, click on the Event
Registrations Icon under the Invoicing, Payments & History category on this page.
List of Your Event Registrations: This will take you to the list of events, past and upcoming that you have
registered for through ISAE. This will show you date, title, registration ID for each meeting, as well as a link to
the event details page. You may also click on the print icon to print a copy of your confirmation.
Professional Development: If you wish to view any professional development journal click on the Professional
Development icon under the Content & Feature Section, under Manage Profile in the My Profile box.
Continuing Education (CEU) Journal: This will have a list of the CEU hours that you have earned by attending
credit approved programming through ISAE. On this page, under the Journal Entries tab, you may print, filter
(see filter parameter fields at the top of the page) and/or email your transcripts of the CEU entries by clicking
on the appropriate icon for each entry or at the top of the page for the entire listing.
Manual Journal Entries: You may also choose to use this journal to log CEU hours that you earn elsewhere so
your records are kept in one spot for when you need them. Click on the + Add Entry icon and complete the
fields in the box that pops up on your screen. This also gives you the option to attach any brochures or related
document that you might need for verification.
Email Transcript: If you choose to Email your transcript, this is the message that will be sent to your email
address with a link attached.
Printable Transcript Page: When you click on the link, it will direct you to a printable document listing all the
continuing education hours you have earned and show on the ISAE page. See sample page below:
Certification/Program Credit Summary: If you click on the Certifications/Programs tab at the top of this
section, you can see a snapshot of the total credits you have accumulated in any certification category and
when those are scheduled to expire from your profile.
ISAE assigns CEUs to applicable programs when the registration is initially set up. The hours are then
populated when the administrator for that program logs in the attendees for that program. If you are not a
member in good standing or were not checked in or shown in attendance, then your credits will not show up
under the Professional Development page.
If you have any questions about a particular ISAE program and your credits, please contact the ISAE office at
[email protected] or 515-284-7055.
Thank you, ISAE Staff
