• Your results will be displayed. Simply select the name of the provider to learn more about him or her.

Our upgraded Find a Doctor tool makes it easy to find dental providers in your network — and in your neighborhood. Follow the steps below to explore this new tool designed to help you. Dental providers who have contracted with Blue Cross of Idaho agree to provide services at discounted prices to help you save money. Choosing an in-network dental provider gives you the most coverage for your benefit dollar. If you opt for an out-of-network provider, you may be billed for any charges above maximum allowable amounts. To find an in-network dentist, follow these instructions.

Finding a Dental Provider

STEP 5: • To narrow or expand your search results, use the menu on

the right side of the screen. You can change the distance from your location, sort by gender, rating, etc.

STEP 2: • For best results, log in to your online member account.

Select the blue Log In bar.

• If you don’t want to log in or don’t have an online account, you can search for a dentist by selecting the Select your plan to continue (not logged in) link that will navigate you to a dropdown menu of networks.

• Choose the Dental plan shown on your ID card. If it shows PPO, YES or DPPO, select DPPO. If it shows TRAD or DTRD, select DTRD. If it shows POS or DPOS, select POS and skip to Step 6.

STEP 1: • Visit bcidaho.com. Select Find a Doctor on the homepage.

STEP 6 (IF YOUR ID CARD SHOWS POS OR DPOS): • Select Dental Blue Connect – Willamette Dental Group.

You’ll be taken to the Willamette Dental Group page where you can search for a provider by zip code.
