5.6 failed or neglected to appreciate the seriousness or your patient’s condition when you were informed by Dr CR Brink that he had been of the opinion that her right breast was not receiving sufficient blood supply; and/or

5.7 failed or neglected to immediately, or as soon as it was indicated, perform a debridement once you have discovered the necrosis of tissue in your patient’s right breast; and/or

6.1.3 the submammary fold on the right is significantly higher than on the left and there is a marked scarring between the nipples areolar complex and the submammary fole;

6.1.4 the areolar is oval rather than circular and surrounded by subi-optimal scarring;

6.1.5 on the left the distance between the nipple and the submammary fold is 10cm compared to 7.5cm on the right;

6.1.6 the areolar is smaller on the left than on the right, and it is oval and not round;
