Group members decided by the ma'am :-
How Group Development Applies In Our Group ?
15Forming :-We team members were introduced to each other
We shared our interest and experiences of doing any project in past.
discussed about the project topic given to us and gave a thought on how to complete the project.
16Storming :- Every member of the team started giving their ideas and
different opinions on how and how it should be done
Rohit suggested to perform some task and on the basis of that the project should be made but Deepanshu gave an opinion of reading the theory first and then proceed in the project
We didn’t choose any specific team leader but we all members of the group wholeheartedly participated in the project work equally
We tried to lessen the differences in ideas.
17Norming :- We became more focused in developing a way to reach our
team goal.
we shared our information about how much assistance and input we can give and add at what time
we reached the consciences on how will we be doing the project
18Performing :- All the team members started working effectively on the task
given to them
Whenever any problem arise all the members coordinated an equally took part in solving the problem
All the members performed well and completed the task given to them within the given time frame
19Adjoining :- The completed work of all the group members were put together
and finally our project work was completed.
