10

A common source of interpersonal conflict is personal differences, because every person brings a unique (and often incompatible) set of values, perceptions and expectations to the table.

Another source of interpersonal conflict is informational deficiencies. Communications are not always received, may be misinterpreted or different conclusions may be drawn based on past experiences.

12

Role incompatibility may be a cause of interpersonal conflict because of differences between the goals and responsibilities assigned to an individual and what the individual would rather be doing.

A stressful environment is another source of interpersonal conflict. Uncertainty of future events and scarcity of resources, such as food or money, can lead to disputes among otherwise friendly individuals.

How Group Development Applies In Our Group ?

Page 15: Final Ob Group

15Forming :-We team members were introduced to each other

We shared our interest and experiences of doing any project in past.

discussed about the project topic given to us and gave a thought on how to complete the project.

Page 16: Final Ob Group

16Storming :- Every member of the team started giving their ideas and

different opinions on how and how it should be done

Rohit suggested to perform some task and on the basis of that the project should be made but Deepanshu gave an opinion of reading the theory first and then proceed in the project

We didn’t choose any specific team leader but we all members of the group wholeheartedly participated in the project work equally

We tried to lessen the differences in ideas.

Page 17: Final Ob Group

17Norming :- We became more focused in developing a way to reach our

team goal.

we shared our information about how much assistance and input we can give and add at what time

we reached the consciences on how will we be doing the project

Page 18: Final Ob Group

18Performing :- All the team members started working effectively on the task

given to them

Whenever any problem arise all the members coordinated an equally took part in solving the problem

All the members performed well and completed the task given to them within the given time frame

Page 19: Final Ob Group

19Adjoining :- The completed work of all the group members were put together

and finally our project work was completed.
