ABOUT THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE

thAfter Independence, India enacted our constitution since 26 January 1950 and there by path of planning was adopted. The economic agenda of the state is very clearly enshrined in our constitution guided by philosophical ideas of Mahatma Gandhi, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar.

At the beginning, the agenda of our planning process was to create socialistic pattern of society and accordingly social and economic indicators of polity and economy where welfarist. In due course of time, the fine fabric of equitable distribution of resources does not form the mainstream agenda of the state. Balanced development has been one of the major pursuits in the theory of development across social sciences. However in reality we could not achieve the goal due to inherent constraints.

In view of the above, this International Interdisciplinary conference will provide a platform to the scholars, researchers, professionals of diverse discipline namely commerce, management, law, social science and others to discuss various aspects of planning, growth and development which are very significant for the betterment of each and every sections of society and there by India will be more prosperous and equitable as per the mandate of our constitution.
