ood and catering play an important part in the way visitors experience museums and visitor attractions. Put simply, with the wide variety of choice

out there, customers expect more; better quality and delicious, original food choices, delivered with impeccable service.

The Association of Leading Visitor Attractions (ALVA) 2013 study has found that catering spends in museums and visitor attractions continue to grow at a speed exceeding retail.

As a partner to some of the leading museums and heritage venues in the UK, Levy Restaurants UK recognises the importance of food to customers, and how a venue’s food and drink experience can affect footfall and dwell time.

We’re adept at partnering with our clients to create bespoke, award-winning concepts for increasingly sophisticated audiences. We’re extremely privileged to provide exclusive and individual character to each of our cafés, restaurants and events spaces for clients.

Levy Restaurants UK is the sports, leisure and hospitality sector of Compass Group UK & Ireland.

We look forward to speaking to you about creating unique food and drink experiences for your visitors.

Best regards,

Jonathan Davidson Business Director, leisure Levy Restaurants UK
