challenging 8th hole that many consider the most di�cult par-4

under 400 yards in the world. Named one of the top public courses

One of Golf Digest’s greatest public courses in America, The Links

at Spanish Bay recalls the original Scottish concept for the game of

golf. This links-style course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., Tom

Watson and Sandy Tatum hugs the rugged Pacific coastline, marked

by sandy dunes, rolling hills and steady ocean breezes. Enjoy the

stunning par-5 first hole, “To the Sea,” wind your way back to the

“Long Home” 18th, and then enjoy post-round drinks by the fire pits

and the traditional sounds of the bagpiper each evening.
