Humor

When I was a kid like 5 years old, my mom had me forbidden to sleep in the top of

a bunk bed, because she was afraid at night I could fall. It was 4 clocks, time to

sleep. Silently I lay down in the bed of the top. My brother, who was sleeping in the

bottom bed of the bunk bed, he dropped a spider man toy. He look for it under the

bed, meanwhile I was moving a lot cause I felt off the bed, unfortunately I felt over

my brother who was looking for his toy, we made a lot of noise, my mother came

the fastest she could, and saw us. I was crying and my brother was knockout. The

first thing my mother taught was that my brother hit me, so she punished my

brother for a month. That‟s a story I will never forget.

After seeing the scary movie “It”, I was in my house eating a cereal “Froot Loops”.

In the time my big brothers were bullying with me, while I was eating my cereal,

and everyone were sleeping, or that‟s what I taught. My big brother came to scare

me with a clown face, when i saw him, I shout very loudly and put my face into the

dish of cereal, having all the face wet with milk, and I cried.

How to understand women

First of all, you CANT UNDERSTAND WOMEN, but there are things we may know

what happening, this article will contain some tips to help you men to simply know

what‟s happening with your girls.

1- Yes=No No=No Maybe=Yes

Silly as it sound it is correct, women are creatures so undecided, they never know

what they want, and if you tell her option, she is going to panic and blame you. So

if she says yes, dint do it, if she says no don‟t do it, and finally if she says maybe

do it.

2- Do what you want

Warning this literally does not meant do what you want; women who says this want

you to follow her and do anything to make her happy. And the more “Disney” you

put in action, the faster she will forgive you.

3- Don’t worry; you don’t need to give me nothing in

San Valentine/Christmas/Birthday/International of

women/Halloween/Thanks giving day.

Dude if she told you this, you need to buy her something, women uses this excuse

so you notice she loves you because of you, not the materials things and she

doesn‟t know your budget.

Tip*

If you don‟t have a lot of budget, make something with your hands she will

appreciate the effort.

4- I don’t have nothing

Men she have something that is bothering her, you need to be for her. She says

this so you are nicer to her, more helpful.

5- I don’t know what to eat

She knows. The problem is that she doesn‟t know your budget, so she doesn‟t

want you to run out of money. Next time you invite your girl to eat, give her options

with you budget.

6- Indirect/Sarcasm

You need to be very intelligent for this; it would be very nice if in school they teach

us this. Girls talk with a combination of sarcasm and indirect. You need to identify

these two. Listen to her, see her and analyze her, think twice before saying

something so you will not regret anything.

7- Women always right

I know buddy this is hard, but you want to lose a fight or lose her, Maybe you are

right, and the only thing you can do is to try to change her mind carefully.

Nostalgia

10 years ago, I remember when I used to wake up early like 5 in the

morning, running to the living room where it was the T.V. I used to

turn on and change to “Channel 5”. Where they have all cartoons

that I love. My favorite back then was Pokémon. This cartoon made

me feel different, I was so fan that I bought the trading cards of

Pokémon; also I bought the Gameboy Color with the game of

Pokémon red. I begged my parents so they could buy me all this

things; also they bought me a bed spread of Pokémon. Another

thing, Sabritas took out to the market “tazos” version Pokémon. I

almost collected all, I was obsessed, I had mega, normal, shine,

metal and a case to keep them. This cartoon had a big impact in my

life, I dreamed with it. Unfortunately I mature and forget this show. I

think every teenager of my generation remember this.

When I was little, my few memories are where my mom and uncles

hided Eastern eggs in Easter Day. I remember that my cousins and I

closed our eyes and waited for the signal. Then when a parent

shouted “Know!” we ran as fasted we could, and looked for the eggs,

I was the smallest then, so uncles helped me for mu disadvantage.

When it finished and no more Eastern eggs we lined up to get our

present, depending in how many eggs you collected, also in the eggs

where candies or chocolates. This is a big memories mine.

Nowadays Mexicali is one of the most contaminated city around the world, this tell us that there is a problem with our techniques to recycle or we are doing it wrong. In conclusion, these students have the idea of recycle, but no how to do it correctly. This wrong knowledge about the recycle‟s symbols and the low number of recycled bags of trash per family are issues that have to be solved, other ways we may continue to be the most contaminated city.

Hobby or Addiction?

Nowadays most of the citizens of Mexico have a video game console, a

computer with games on it or a cellphone with Clash of Clans or any other popular

game. But is this going too far? Even kids of 7 years old, prefer to play video

games in home besides going outside and play football with their neighbors.

And it is just the beginning, in this new century the industry of video games

have become one of the biggest business around the globe by the creation of so

many new attractive games for people of any age. The influence of this industry is

affecting the lives of Mexico citizens making them spend hours playing and not

doing any productive activities.

Now to play a game you need to create an account, a user, to get news

about newest games and with that letting the companies persuade you to get more

games.

In result, a lot of people is becoming a gamer, a person who loves to play

video games and prefers to stay in front of a screen besides hang out with friends

or do any exercise.

But the term gamer is only another way to say addict to video games,

because an addict can‟t stop himself of using a drug. There have been studies of

how the video games affect the players, making them physically dependent to play

in the console.

In way of conclusion, the video games can be dangerous if the player

doesn‟t know when to stop and this is becoming a common problem by the way the

influence of the video game industry is getting more attractive.

Criticism Article The Merchant of Venice

Considered to be one of Shakespeare's darkest comedies, this play tells the

story of a young man, Bassanio, who has lost his fortune and must borrow money

to romance the rich woman he is in love with. Countering this is the story of the

Jewish moneylender Shylock and his demand for the "pound of flesh" owed him by

the Venetian merchant, Antonio, who has fallen into Shylock's debt.

It is one of mi favorite books that i had ever read, it has been written in a

chronological way, making it more easier to read.Once you are reading it, you will

notice that in one chapter you are in Belmont with the princess and then you are

back to Venice where is Antonio about to pay his part of the deal.

Other good thing about the play is that while you are in the story you can get

close to those characters and feel the friendship between Antonio and Bassanio,

and the hate that Shylock has with his rival, Antonio, and how much he wants

Antonio to fail and pay him with his flesh.

But not every story is perfect, in this story the rivalry between religions is too

strong because in the time it was made there was an idea about the catholic

religion is better than the jews.

In conclusion, if you want an exciting experience reading a play made by

Shakespeare, one of the most important writers in the history in which you can feel

the bonds between the characters and live the adventure of Antonio and his

friends, you should buy it.

Interview

The influence of the nonprofit organizations with teenagers of Cetys High school of 2nd Semester, period 2015. The nonprofit orgs have become a fundamental part for Mexicali‟s society providing them with their services and products, like Red Cross. But How much longer would this society have them to take care of their problems? After all one of the qualities of the nonprofit org‟ workers is the empredurism spirit, and if it isn‟t well fomented in the next

generations there won‟t be people operating them. How many students of 2nd semester of a classroom know the functions of an NGO? All of them, in this semester they must know(6th semester), because the purpose of the course is to know the function of a NGO. Do you believe that is fundamental for a student to know what are the NGO?Why? Yes, because one of the main purposes of our mission in Cetys is contributing to the formation of persons with the moral quiality, intellectual and physical in this case to also be able to improve and to contribute to the environment.

Do you think that the NGO are essential for the social welfare?Why? Yes, the third sector is very important because on one hand we have the first sector, which is the government that sets policy on how to organize social dynamics, on the other hand we have companies that generate the money to make the economic growth, but then there's the private sector that is precisely who attends to the

problems that the government can‟t attend. Do you believe a teenager will be interested to participate in a a NGO? Why? It is linked with a grade in most cases, however I can tell you that satisfaction is implicit in that experience you had. Satisfaction is personal, someone can say "I am satisfied that I have achieved my academic goal," someone might say "no, I am pleased, because I managed a personal goal, and it was to provide a service or support to someone who needs it." Then motivation as the term it says it is a personal purpose and I believe that our programs seek in

every way to have more personal goals than academic.

What would motivate a student to participate in an NGO? precisely the possibility that they may be part of the solution of the problems, perhaps free time, availability of time and social causes. Do you have students that their goal is to be part of a NGO? Why you think they do? Yes, there are many students who moves them the desire to help and many of them say they wanted to start a career to manage an NGO. Do you think that students may know of this theme although they did not have DEC as lesson? Why? I don‟t. I think it will be hard to perdure an experience that you lived in a community for a long period of time, you may still remember the satisfaction but not to the point that say “I know the mission, vision and qualities of that NGO” Do you think the idea that 2nd semester students have of an NGO is accurate? Why? Perhaps it is short, I can not speak it is correct or not correct, because we will need to identify what they think about the NGO‟s in a really deep into their minds.

A feeling of relief runs through my body. My mother

looks at me with eyes full of tears, then she smiles sadly.

The hearsay of Apple always we have to take it with a grain of salt, due that

this company was said that the normal watch begin to sell in 350 dollars, addition,

the value of the model of gold would have been of 1,000 dollars, but all this prices

are erroneous, „cause these price are low to comparison of the real.

The Apple Watch is a product that is taking

form. Initially was said that the clock starts selling in

begin of the 2015, but The Verge said that the date

was elongated a pair of months. After of February

What career did you study and what is its orientation?

Licentiate in sciences of the communication and mastery in business administration, the

licentiate is faced to communication questions organizational that it has more that to see

with administration concerning human resources and communication in all the levels of the

company.

Why did you decide to give classes?

For time I had worry of being able to teach, I was interested in sharing the experiences

and the knowledge with the students and it was transmitted as I had liked.

How long do you go giving classes?

I started more or less 9 years ago, but in an uninterrupted way I am 3 years old.

What is or which are the resources that you use to give classes?

The hardware that it helps to me to give the class I rest on the chalkboard, writing or

capturing what the students need to learn, the projector used 60 % of the classes,

basically.

Which of them you thinks that it is the one that more it uses?

I think the most important for me is the board, because in the can capture more clearly the

ideas I need to see and understand.

In most of your classes, does it usually use electronic devices?

The one that more I use is the projector.

Do you believe that using the electronic devices promotes learning of the students?

Why?

Yes, what it spends is that of the senses the human being has more developed the sight,

then somehow the electronic devices promote precisely images be already fixed or mobile,

then it is a way in which to the human being it records more information being this

attractively and even unconsciously records information.

For you: what are the advantages of the electronic devices?

One of them, it is the rapidity with which you can find information be already by means of

Internet or already once having it in your electronic device. I believe that this one is this it

is the main advantage, the rapidity with which it is possible to gain access to information.

And: what are their disadvantages?

The main one, I believe that it is that it is possible to turn away quickly of what is done in

the moment. This is when one is looking for information in an electronic device of that time

with anything you relax and make everything find less the wished information.

Do you think the use of books is disappearing? Why?

Yes, principally for the access that we have to information across electronic means, this

information turns out to be easier to obtain it and more attractive. Little by little it is

diminishing having books physically, first because they occupy space, sometimes they are

expensive and also when you need a book and do not find it, you are in charge to ask for it

and it takes two or three weeks in coming. Now there even can be bought electronic

books, which you ask for them and pay them, and in minutes it comes already.

An accident in motorcycle

One day in my childhood, when

I was between ten and twelve my dad

had bought a used motorcycle to me.

Weeks went by, while I used the

motorcycle. One day, I was cleaning

the motorcycle, when I had finished of

cleaned it, I had seen an old friend in

his motorcycle, well then, I decided to

go after his.

But, by the speed at which I left and

also the exit of my house is some

inclined I turned sometimes in my

motorcycle and while I turned I felt

that one of the ends of handle hit my

chest, not spend more than two

minutes to my dad get to help me. To

end, for my luck to me nothing

happened, but my motorcycle was

damaged, all I felt was a small

pressure in my chest, but only for

some minutes. And when all pass, my

dad scolded me and take off my

motorcycle

A strange car

When I was sixteen in the night, I returned to my house from a friend‟s house.

The distance in minutes between both is five minutes, in my car were two friends with

me. When I left from village where my friend lives no one behind me, well then, I

continued my way. One or two minutes after appeared a black car, I had a speed of

100 km/hr., and the person who was in these car wanted exceed me, but, he didn‟t

could exceed me, several times he had tried exceed me and he didn‟t could exceed me

again. Three minutes before to arrive to my village he tried again exceed me and finally

he did could exceed me.

But when I arrived to my village I was disoriented because I had seen parked the

black car on the shore of the road, and then I saw a person get off of the car and walk to

the road and he did have like a baseball bat of wood and when I did the stop that there

in the entrance of my village he came to me and these moment my friend that was next

to me said me “Hey, moved on!” And he moved the wheel of the car. When I react I take

the wheel and increases the speed of the car and I heard a sound of the baseball bat hit

the shore of the rear glass then I went to another friend‟s house to see where he hit the

glass and to clean up the car before I go to my house. But my friend that was next to

was some angry and he wanted find the black car, but, finally we could not find the car.

When a return to my house my dad was outside of my house and he said me ¿Why the

car is dusty? And I said him because when I get off the street the car got dirty. And

finally he didn‟t tell me anything and I can go to sleep.

Books vs Technology

Mixed approach The topic that is developed is Books vs. Technology. This project should be

mixed approach for several reasons. Divergent thinking is possibly the most important because it can go from the general to the specific. Also we need to know the reasons of why choosing one medium over the other, so interviews need to be done, surveys and analyze both quantifiable and non-quantifiable data. The views of the subjects studied should take into account, but should not intervene personal opinions of researchers. You need to obtain personal information, and analyze the same, but this information should also be generalized to reach concrete results. The reader feel that the mixed approach facilitates understanding of the subject to be developed and that research is dynamic and does not fall in redundancy, since there are a greater number of options that researchers use to draft the topic.

Objectives Overall objective: Find the best way to learn of the students. Specific objectives:

O1: Know the advantage and disadvantage of use electronic media to learn. O2: Know the advantage and disadvantage of use print media to learn. O3: Find the media most used by students. O4: Detect the reasons why students do not use print media to them learning. O5: Analyze if the students that use electronic media to them learning get better them qualifications.

Problem statement For several years the technology has had great importance for the evolutions in

its electronics devices and its accessibility to public, of be a luxury to be necessity. To the students is no exception, „cause now the technology facilitates find information. The clearest example is that before if a teacher gave you a homework, you had to go to a library, consult some books and then for several hours may be you could find information. Nowadays, with just put some words in a search, this will give hundreds of thousands of sources with information you seek.

The need for an investigation resides in the great advantages and disadvantages of the technology. Probably, the biggest disadvantage of the learning of the students from the point of view of a teacher has been the famous “copy paste”, which is transcribe information to a new document without understanding the information. Another biggest disadvantages of the technology is that cause sedentary for the facility of find whatever in some seconds or in another case minutes.

How to big oil‟Sandwich (Sandwichon )

The Sandwichon is created in Mexico, dish typical of Yucatan and the taste is so

awesome, the combination of flavors is perfect.

Ingredients

-Milk

-2 bags of white Sandwich

-1/2 kg of ham

-1 /4 lf of mayonnaise

-1/2 pack of yellow cheese

-1/2 lt of cream

-5 pack of tuna

-1 can of red peppers

-1 can of jalapeños peppers

-Recipe

1 step

In the blender introduced cream, red peppers, five pack of tuna, 1/8 Lt of

mayonnaise , a cup of milk. Turn on the blender during five minutes.

2 step

This step is for prepare the flat container with the white sandwich, blend,

mayonnaise. First cover the flat container with tin fail, you take the spoom and

spred all flat with mayonnaise and little of the blend, after put the firs cap of bread,

and this spred with bend.

Cut the ham, cheese in form of rectangle after cut the jalapeno peppers. Put the

second cap of white sandwich. In this part, every pieces of bread putted ham,

cheese and jalapeno peppers and spred with blend.

Like in the third step, putted the third cap of bread with ham, cheese and jalapeno

peppers.

An accidental invention that changed history

Nowadays, phones are known and used

by almost everyone in the world, they

give us an easy and cheap way to

communicate with another people

around the world without the need of

being close to each other while

talking, what in the beginning started as

something only available for some

people is now available for anyone with

enough money to buy one, they come in a lot

of sizes and, in recent years, they all have applications to entertain us by

letting us play games, hear music, take pictures, etc., phones are

one the greatest inventions ever created.

But, do you ever wonder, how and who created this amazing

device? The genius behind this invention was the British scientific

Alexander Graham Bell. Alexander was born in a family that was

very interested in the sound, since his father devised a method to

teach deaf people to speak and his mother was a deaf woman

that learned to play the piano.

His first attempts to create a communication device were a complete failure,

however, one day when he read a thesis from a German author, a language where

he had poorly knowledge, he deduced that the author said that sound could be

transmitted over wires. Although the thesis never said such thing, that mistake

made by Abraham guided him to create the phone.

With that idea on his mind, he continued his research to make a

communication device, and some years later he found someone to work with, a

mechanic named Thomas Watson. After some time, they finally got the results they

wanted, with the first device able to transmit sounds, although no one could

understand what it was being said from the receiver, but

anyways Alexander got the patent from this invention and

in March 10, 1876 he made the first and official phone

call where he said, “Mr. Watson, come here, I want

to see you”.

So be sure to thank Abraham for

this amazing invention that has made from our

lives easier.

“A true friend”

There are many valuable things in life, but friendship may be one of the most

important ones. Friendship is an opportunity to share

with people what you feel or when you have a good

relationship with that person. To have a true friend is to

have someone you can rely on always and tell them how

your day was or just talk for hours about your favorite

song and about that argue you had with your mom last

night. Just find someone that cares for you and listens to

you, even though your wrong.

For humans the interaction with another person is necessary to survive.

When it comes to friends is really easy to look at their flaws and mistakes, but I

think people should leave that behind and start focusing on what makes them

unique, their qualities and all the characteristics that make them special.

Sometimes you get to know someone and connect immediately with them,

you feel like you have known this person forever and all you want to do is spend

time with them, or maybe you just want to know how their day is going and talk

about nonsense stuff. That‟s the kind of friendship I think everyone should have. A

best friend for ever and ever. And when you finally found that person make sure to

keep them forever. Because they become something else, they are like family now.

Also sometimes, and if you have bad luck you might find a toxic friend,

someone that doesn‟t really care about you or maybe is

just using you. Always try to stay away from them or

you‟ll get hurt. But anyways, take every chance you got

to tell your real friends that you care and love them,

and not just tell them, show them.

Finding a good game for a cellphone is very complicated, there

are many options to choose and most of them are thrash, but in the end

it is not impossible to find one, and today I‟m talking of one of those good

games “Clash of clans”.

This strategy game only available for android and iOS cellphones, consist on

building your own village, like in a lot of games, but the topic that creators choose for this

game is amazing, war. To make an awesome village, player must get resources that are

later used to build the different structures that you can find in the game, always making

sure to have protection, because otherwise you will regret it.

After spending some time and leveling up your village, players get the chance to do

the most important point in this games, attack other players‟ villages. To do it, they have to

train troops, there are a good variety of warriors that you can use to attack, each one

of them has different abilities and grant different kind of help when you attack.

Attacking without thinking is easy, but winning is not, all villages are different,

meaning that using the same plan won‟t always work, each one has his difficulty and every

time you level up things get more difficult, but at the same time you will get more powerful

so don‟t be scare.

Although the game has his pros, it also has his cons, what makes this game a little

annoying is the time you must spend on it, at the beginning of it, everything is cheap and

easy to build and make stronger, but while you level up things change, all gets more

expensive, meaning that if you want to have a village to envy, you have to spend a lot of

hours, days and months, or you can use real money to make things faster, it‟s your

decision.

My verdict for this game is 4 angry barbarians out of 5 angry barbarians, Clash of

Clans is an entertaining game that makes the meaning of war something serious, believe

me if your village is attacked you will want revenge at any cost with the one who did it, but

remember this is a game, don‟t let the anger gets on your head.

Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft review

1000 games played and I‟m still nor bored, and you better believe me when

I say that keeping interested on something is very complicate,

but this games completely does it. Card games have been

being played for a long time and we can find different ways of

playing them, they are cheap, simple and entertaining, card

games will never get old.

So here we have a fresh new game “Hearthstone: Heroes

of Warcraft”, created by the great company Blizzard, Hearthstone delivers

something new to card games. The game consists on selecting a hero from 9

different options a player can choose, then you have to build your own deck of 30

cards with the monster cards everyone gets when they make their account for the

game, and after that comes the interesting part, playing online against other

players, the objective when dueling another player is to take his life points to 0 by

using your cards. Sounds very simple right? Then you better stay in your sit

because that‟s not everything this game offer us.

To make everything more complicated, each hero counts with his unique

ability (Which can be used during the duel) and cards, making different what every

hero needs in his deck, after spending a long time playing with each hero, I have

found so many ways to combine each card and still I find new combinations to

make a deck, there are a lot of possibilities in this game. Also to make things even

harder, we have the mana crystals, which are used to summon cards, players get a

mana crystal each turn until reaching 10, once that‟s done, players must use them

wisely since using hero abilities or summoning cards need them, in this game

making a good strategy wins you the battle.

My verdict for this awesome games is 5 mana crystals out of 5 mana

crystals, Hearthstone is a complete game with dynamic gameplay, nice graphics

and many combinations, just when you think you have discovered everything on it

you will find something new to challenge you. I completely recommend to play it.

more about religion, that‟s why I decided to interview licensed

in philosophy Manuel, here are the answers he gave me to

1. Do you think that everyone should believe in something? Yes, because man

must believe in something, whatever they want, otherwise against

adversities they could have trouble.

2. What‟s your opinion about atheism? Their position is valid, I respect it, but in

my opinion they have a lack of sense, because everyone has to believe in

something, not obligatory in God, but in something.

3. What do you think about religions different from yours? Just like atheism, I

respect their positions, but as any good believer I will always say that mine

is the right one and I will always defend it.

4. With all your knowledge, can you tell the true meaning of

Easter? For me, Easter means the triumph of life over

death, the victory of Christ over the sin.

5. And what about Christmas? For me, Christmas is a ray of light because a

savior has been born, it is the joy of hope that motivates my fate.

6. Are there other famous celebrations related with religion? Yes, there is St.

Patrick‟s Day, Valentine‟s Day, Ash Wednesday, April fool‟s day, they are all

related with religion but through the years their celebrations have changed.
