Capacitance Level Transmitter is used in sensing level of liquids. Capacitance Level Transmitter can be used for
conductive as well as nonconductive liquids. It is offered with PTFE sleeve for better insulation & to withstand high
temperature in conductive tanks the insulated probe acts as one electrode & the tank wall as another electrode, any
change in liquid level the dielectric value will change thereby changing the capacitance value proportional to the
liquid level. In case of nonconductive tanks, a reference probe is provided as ground electrode.
The output is 4-20mA, 4 wire connections for isolated supply & 3 wires for non isolated supply.
2 wire loop powered output is also available. The tank empty (4mA) & Full (20mA) calibration is
through easy field calibration button in case of 4 wire & 3 wire. For 2 wires it is through multi
turn trimpot. Rigid probe is offered for tank depth upto 3 mtr & Flexible probe upto 15mtr.
Capacitance Level Transmitter is available with different mounting arrangement to suit
customer requirement. It is widely used for water, diesel, oil and chemical application.

Standard Construction :Standard liquid level indicator is provided with transparent acrylic tube mounted on a MS flange, supported by four
SS tie rods. Reed proximity sensors are mounted on two tie rods using mounting brackets.
Float is made up of soild polyurethane foam of very low density. The float is connected to a
piston rod & the other end of which fitted with a circular bicolour disc. The Bicolour disc is
assembled with a permanent magnet. Bicolour magnetic assembly performs a dual role of
liquid level indication & actuation of Reed proximity sensor

FILPRO make Magnetic Level Indicator provides clear, high clarity indication of liquid level. Typically, Magnetic Level Indicator consists
of three major components: Float Chamber, Float and Indicator System. Magnetic Level Indicator is principally designed as an alternative
to glass level gauges. We offer Magnetic Level Indicator having top-bottom, top and side mounted construction with two types of
indicator system i.e. Capsule and Bi-colour Rollers. Magnetic level indicators are tailor made to various types of construction and sizes.
Working Of Magnetic Level Indicator
Magnetic Level Indicator operates on the principle of magnetic field coupling to provide fluid level information. Float chamber is
typically constructed with non-magnetic pipe having process connections that matches to the vessel connections. Float size and weight is
determined by the process fluid, pressure, temperature and the specific gravity of the
process fluid. Float contains magnets to provide 360o magnetic flux field.
Features
Roller Design : Indicator system consists of bi-colour rollers equipped with magnets
mounted on a rail inside the housing. As the level starts rising or falling, magnetic
float also travels with liquid level in non-magnetic chamber. The magnetic
interaction between magnets in float and bi-colour rollers causes each roller to
rotate 180°. For applications where High and Low Level electrical signals are
required, we offer adjustable limit switches.
Capsule Design : Indicator system consists of bi-colour capsule, which moves in
glass tube inside the housing. As the level Starts, rising or falling magnetic float also
travels with liquid level in non magnetic chamber. The magnetic interaction
between magnets in float and capsule causes capsule to travel along with magnetic
float. For applications where High and Low Level electrical signals are required, we
offer adjustable limit switch assemblies.

Magnetic Level Indicator

of non-abrasive float carrying permanent magnet and non-ferrous stem carrying one. Two or multiple
reed switches. The float glides along the stem and when the float nears the vicinity of reed switch the
magnetic field of permanent magnet forces the contact to close, thereby completing the external

Horizontal Float Switch used to control liquid level in vessels containing corrosive or non corrosive liquids. It is used to control
pump, provide Alarm, for valve control or level indication.
Principle
The float lever carries a permanent magnet which is repelled by similar magnet mounted in the switch housing. The magnet
having the same pole directed towards each other are separated by a non magnetic diaphragm. The gland less construction offer
excellent sealing.

We offer Adjustable type Level Switch for use in Sumps, Over Head Tanks and Storage Tanks. The Adjustable Level Switches are

Construction
Adjustable Level Switch consists of separate Level Switch assembly for each level like Low, High,
Middle or Multi-level. These individual level switch assy, are suspended through SS Rope & are
freely adjustable along the SS rope. The level switch assy, are provided with adjustable disc,
which can slide through the SS rope & are secured to SS rope with stopper or cable tie at required
levels. The cables are terminated inside a weatherproof enclosure. The adjustable Level Switch is
provided with mounting flange of standard size.

Adjustable Level Switch
We offer Liquid Level Controller (Smart On) to automatically start & stop the pump with tank
level input from Magnetic Float Switch or Cable Float Switch. Liquid Level Controller (Smart On)
provides LED Indication for Power ON, Relay ON (Motor ON), Tank High & Tank Low. The
controller has provision to select pump mode as Pump UP or Pump Down. In Pump UP mode, the
pump starts at Low Level & Stops at High Level. Pump UP mode is used to fill the tank. In Pump
DOWN mode, the pump starts at High Level & Stops at Low Level. Pump DOWN mode is used to
empty the tank.

rises at or above "High" level in the over-head tank or liquid level falls

Liquid Level Controller (APC-1) is used to automatically start & stop the pump for filling the tank or emptying the tank with alarm indication With
liquid level inputs from the Magnetic Float Switch fitted in the sump and over head tank, (APC-1) controller can be used for PUMP UP or PUMP
DOWN operation. Alarm relay is provided to indicate abnormality in the process like liquid level raised beyond high level setting or drops below low
level setting in the Overhead or sump tanks.

Function : Pump Mode : When the liquid level goes at or below the set 'Pump low level',
the pump relay gets energized after completion of pump 'On' delay. When
the liquid level goes at or above the set 'Pump high level', the pump relay gets
de-energized. The alarm relay gets energized after completion of Alarm
'ON' delay when the liquid level goes at or above set 'Alarm High level' or
goes at or below set 'Alarm low level' and gets latched until "ACK" switch
(provided on the front panel) is pressed or remote Alarm ACK switch
pressed.
Drain mode : When the liquid level goes at or above the set 'Pump high level',
the pump relay gets energized after completion of pump 'On' delay. When
the liquid level goes at or above the set 'Pump low level', the pump relay gets
de-energized. The Alarm relay gets energized after completion of Alarm
'On' delay when the liquid level goes at or above set 'Alarm high level' or goes
below set 'Alarm low level' and gets latched until "ACK" switch (provided on

Filpro Fuel Level Sensor is a low cost capacitance-type level sensor. It
is designed for monitoring levels in fuel tanks of vehicles, bulk
storage tanks fitted on vehicles, diesel storage tanks etc. The design of
the Fuel Level Sensor is simple and lightweight. It measures the level
accurately and thus is reliable. The sensor output is connected to
vehicle monitoring and tracking system or level indicators. The
sensor consists of measuring probe, which is encircled with a
reference probe. The output is linear and is not affected by
turbulence inside the tank.
