We want to work in a abandoned or poorly conditioned location as our idea is based on teenagers breaking into and testing paranormal tribal stories, such as the ‘bloody mary’ story. The lighting will be extremely dull and poorly lit to add to the eeriness of the atmosphere. Camera/s The camera shots used, in which we have currently planned, we wanted to look at the use of ‘handheld’ camera uses, for film examples of this type of camera use is the ‘Blair Witch Project’, ‘Paranormal Activity’ etc. We wanted to mix this type of camera use with professional shots. I personally feel that this type of camera use makes the scene more intense and intimate between the audience and the film. Lighting Lighting in the opening is planned to be very dull, dark and eery. This is because of the setting of the opening and the location used. This with the dark lighting would create more atmosphere and make it more creepy. Costuming The costuming of the characters is going to be very normal and stereotypical of teenagers as this is based in a modern time period.

Mise en sceneThe setting for our piece is going to be a very dark and eery. We want to work in a abandoned or poorly conditioned location as our idea is based on teenagers breaking into and testing paranormal tribal stories, such as the ‘bloody mary’ story. The lighting will be extremely dull and poorly lit to add to the eeriness of the atmosphere.

Camera/sThe camera shots used, in which we have currently planned, we wanted to look at the use of ‘handheld’ camera uses, for film examples of this type of camera use is the ‘Blair Witch Project’, ‘Paranormal Activity’ etc. We wanted to mix this type of camera use with professional shots. I personally feel that this type of camera use makes the scene more intense and intimate between the audience and the film.

LightingLighting in the opening is planned to be very dull, dark and eery. This is because of the setting of the opening and the location used. This with the dark lighting would create more atmosphere and make it more creepy.

CostumingThe costuming of the characters is going to be very normal and stereotypical of teenagers as this is based in a modern time period.
