Who are we?

This one is a little hard to answer because we offer a lot of things (and we do them well!).

The simplified version is we are an accredited travel agent with an exceptional flair in destination wedding

planning.

The longer version is you have been dreaming about a sunset destination wedding ever since you met the

absolute love of your life in that bar you finally decided to try… or that movie you had been meaning to see…or

even by swiping right on tinder (no judgement) & you fell hopelessly in love. Time goes by and you never lose

hope of the dream wedding coming to life and finally it happens, the love of your life gets down on one knee &

you finally have an excuse to start planning…except you have no idea where to start. Where to go? Can my

family come? How much will it cost?.

The realisation of the time it will take you to plan your dream destination sinks in….You start to feel the sand

slipping away, you can no longer taste the banana-berry-licious cocktail or feel the sun on your skin. In a panic

you jump onto the internet to find that Wedding Destination company who heard raving reviews about from a

friend of a friend & soon realise they are exactly what you need.

You contact us straight away and tell us of the way you want to feel as you walk down the flower laced aisle, the

All overseas marriage applicants are required by law

to obtain and sign a marriage license from the resort

wedding coordinator or the marriage registry prior to

the ceremony.

It is recommended that you arrive in Fiji a couple of

days before your wedding. This will allow time to

finalise plans.

General ConditionsWe, Viva Destination Weddings and Travel Pty Ltd, also known as Viva Events and associated brands, act as agent only for the airline,accommodation, tour and transportation companies providing services. Some events are beyond our control and we accept no liabilitycaused directly or indirectly by such, including, but not limited to war, terrorism, civil disturbance, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Governmentor of any other authorities, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action. Additionally, we make no representation as tothe safety or conditions that any destination offers.

Whilst acting in good faith e are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by suppliers involved in your travelbooking, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage to baggage. We do not acceptresponsibility for injury, inconvenience, loss, damages, and delay to persons or property, or for related expenses on the part of employees,agents or individuals providing the services sold. Furthermore we do not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, delay, injury, andinconvenience or for any related expense for any omission, error or any misleading statement or information contained. The issuance andacceptance of any tickets, service vouchers or exchange orders is deemed as passenger consent to these conditions. For group tours, cruise and some worldwide destination bookings different terms and conditions apply and these will be provided at time ofreservation.

Travel InformationWe cannot accept responsibility for passenger’s failure to have correct travel information. Travel advice can be obtained from varioussources, including local government, local consular offices and the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Up to dateinformation can be found on the following websites - <http://smartraveller.gov.au/> and <http://www.dfat.gov.au/>

Privacy LawsThe client acknowledges that he/she will provide us from time to time with information about the client of a personal nature (PersonalInformation). The client consents to us using any personal information for the purposes of making and completing airline and cruise bookingsand travel related arrangements on behalf of the client.

Payment InformationA $200 per person non-refundable non-transferable deposit is required within 7 days of written confirmation. Additionally, suppliers may alsorequest deposits, and these will be advised at time of booking. Airfares are instant purchase and must be paid in full at time of booking. Forbookings within 60 days of departure, full payment is required immediately. If booking within 7 days of departure, a credit card guarantee orfull payment is required immediately. If for any reason your deposit is not received by the due date we reserve the right to cancel thebooking. Suppliers may impose strict deposit and booking terms.

A deposit holds services requested but does not guarantee prices.

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to departure. If for any reason the balance of monies is not received by the due date, we reserve theright to treat the booking as cancelled and to apply the deposit against cancellation fees and other charges incurred on your behalf.

Amendment and Reissue FeesA fee of $50 per amendment per file may be payable for changes made after a booking has been confirmed and will apply once a deposit ispaid. Once documents have been issued, the $50 amendment fee applies plus any re-issue charges applied by airlines or suppliers. Reissuemeans altering an existing booking, not a transfer to another package wherein cancellation fees may apply.

Prices and QuotesAny quote is an estimate only of price, which will be subject to availability and to written advice on confirmation of all travel components.

Quoted details will appear on the confirmation/invoice provided and in your documentation. Prices may change at any time up untildeparture and do not include meals, airport transfers and sightseeing tours unless stated. They also exclude personal expenditure such asinsurance, laundry, telephone calls, emergency evacuation costs, drinks, excess baggage, passport, visa fees gratuities and travel costs inAustralia to the point of international departure.

ALL COSTS ARE SUBJECT TO ALTERATION WITHOUT NOTICE

Please note prices for airline tickets can change very quickly. Prices cannot be guaranteed until flights are paid for in full. Often we are unableto hold seats, so any price is a guide only using availability at the time of quoting.

Price Validity All prices are in Australian dollars, based on foreign currency tariffs and taxes published as at the issue date of the invoice. Prices are valid fortravel as specified and are indicative only based on per person per night assuming twin share (2 adults sharing) unless otherwise stated.

Taxes and LeviesLegislation requires us to collect from you the taxes and levies controlled by the airline, government or authority. These costs are additional toprices as above and may change without notice at any time up until departure. Full payment of your holiday does not exempt you fromimplementation of additional charges outside of our control. We will offer advice in this regard but regret we do not control, nor will we be heldresponsible for any government's taxes, levies and airport charges.

Cancellations and AmendmentsCancellations by YouWe must receive cancellation in writing during business hours and will acknowledge but please note we apply reasonable professional servicefees. Cancellations made after a deposit has been paid, are subject to a cancellation fee of $200 per person, plus any charge levied by suppliers,which can be up to 100% depending on each supplier.

Cancellations made after the balance of payment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee however individual hotels may have different terms whichwe will make you aware of at the time of making your booking. and up to 100% within 30 days of departure per person, plus any charge levied bysuppliers as above.

Cancellations and Amendments by Us Extreme circumstances beyond our control may necessitate changing a booking (e.g. if an airline changes its schedules or if a hotel overbooks). Ifthe changes result in your holiday costing more or otherwise being materially different from that contemplated prior to the changes beingeffected, and we have already accepted your deposit or balance payment, you have the right to ask for a rearrangement or to withdraw from theholiday. We will apply a $50 per passenger amendment fee to cover our professional services plus any charges levied by suppliers. The balanceof monies will be refunded less these amounts.

RefundsOnce the reservation we have booked for you commences, no refunds can be made for any unused services whether by choice orcircumstance.

Booking InformationPassenger Names/Contact Details -The following information must be provided to Worldwide Weddings Pty. Ltd when requesting a booking.

Full name and gender as would appear in your passportDate of birthWe may also require you to provide passport number, place of issue and expiry date.A pre-departure phone number and your contact address is also required. It is your responsibility to ensure that these details are recordedcorrectly.

Name changes after a booking has been made will mean having to cancel the original booking and the resultant loss of the airline seat/s. Anyrequest for name or initial changes after documents have been issued has the same risks and also attracts ticket re-issue charges.Please note that possessing a passport with at least 6 months validity that meets visa requirements is the responsibility of the passenger.

Airlines Airlines provide detailed travel conditions with their e-ticket, including all relevant information regarding your flight. Please note that in some casesan airline may “codeshare” with another, and so you may not be travelling on their specific aircraft.

It should be borne in mind that our island destinations can be subject toaircraft diversions in extreme weather conditions or other circumstances, which can cause major disruption to schedules. Passengers electing notto take travel insurance accept responsibility for their own costs in all of the above events.
