The research teams from the faculty provide market studies and ensure business consultancy in their field of competences. Examples of services that can be offered: the quantitative analysis of the target market, the analysis of market trends, the study of competition; the study of consumers behavior; performing the marketing audit, preparation of marketing plans; designing financing projects, and the management of these projects ( including the periodic and final reports); opportunity and feasibility studies; developing sustainable development strategies (at local, regional level); studies regarding the management (development) of the tourist destination; consultancy in the field of export-import transactions and outsourcing; developing strategies for customer service in trade and services; developing logistic services plans for production and distribution companies; audit in the field of quality management; studies regarding the training of human resources in the field of services (tourism); asset valuations; consultancy in the field of informatics; creating web sites; analysis of innovation opportunities for companies in trade and services; legal-economic consultancy regarding e-commerce and the use of electronic communications in the marketing activity of companies Completed and ongoing research projects at national and international level 1. Research group profile

The Faculty of Economic Sciences and Business Administration is designed for companies, public institutions and nongovernmental organizations seeking to make the activity more efficient, having as objective the sustainable development. 2. The project “Entrepreneurship and Supply Chain Management”, financed by FES -POSDRU, http://econ.unitbv.ro/ascm/. The main objective of the project was the developing of competences for entrepreneurs and employees in the field of entrepreneurship and supply chain management, ensuring a common recognition in Europe of this category of staff. The project has pursued the development of a Master in Logistics which had two series of 40 graduates each. The teams involved in the project management was composed of: prof. PhD. 3. The Project“IT for the development of management and entrepreneurial skills ” FSE -POSDRU, http://www.san.ro/posdru/. The project was implemented by six partners and aimed to contribute to the development of management and entrepreneurial in order to improve the performance and professional training of people from the Central Region. 4. The Project “The Model of the National Information system for featuring the New Economy in Romania” – financed through the contract CEEX 6 - 8 nr. 65/26.07.2006, with a value of 94.867 lei, developed in the period 2006-2008. The project aimed to create a model of national information system (N.I.S) advanced, adapted to the need for featuring the new economy under all aspects in Romania - infrastructure, education, human resources, health, business environment and the processes in which participate the public administration institutions. The research team of the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Business Administration was composed of Assoc.Prof. PhD.. Constantin Duguleană, Assoc. Prof. PhD.AncaMadar, lecturer PhD.
