Here’s a creation for hippies andhipsters alike; what you’re lookingat is a computer-plant hybrid. It may be only a concept at this stage, butcreator Oren Deutsch has spentsome time coming up with a way fortree-huggers to feel a bit betterabout spamming and enjoyingLOLcats like the rest of us.
The Secondary Growth PC has allthe usual parts, but it’s integratedwith a living ivy plant suspendedfrom the ceiling. “It’s time we‘teach’ our everyday electronic
products to live in harmonywith nature,” says Deutsch. Yes,your toaster is set to be a sandal-wearing tree-hugger.
The PC comes with Nvidia 256XF graphics card, a quad-coreprocessor, 4GB of bio-memory anderm, soil and germinated seeds. Allthe components are designed towork around a water tank, whichthe computer uses for cooling. Andthe water can be replaced withoutkilling the ivy.
