FHC type belongs to our general purpose F serieconsisting of horizontal, foot mounted (IM B3,IEC 34-7) induction machines constructed on theprinciple of variable modules. FHC type is throughventilated (IP 23, IEC 34-5), self-cooled (IC 01,IEC 34-6), protected against water spray fitted with asquirrel cage rotor for direct starting. The range ofrated powers as a function of number of poles of the6000 V, 50 Hz basic design motors with class Finsulation for S1 type duty as per IEC 34-1 operationalconditions are shown on the diagram below.
Main constructional features of the motors are robustwelded stator case, fabricated steel shields, labyrinthsealed bearings with grease disc, two symmetricalinner air circuits with radial air ducts for bothdirections of rotation, top mounted air conducting box,
two-layer stator winding with strengthened turn-toturn insulation, fabricated steel terminal boxes of IP 55protection grade with pressure relief membrane,double cage rotor for heavy starting. Pt 100 resistancetemperature detectors are built in the stator slots andat the bearings.
On special request we build in additional sensors(microswitch, contact thermometer, vibration sensor,speed sensor) and space heaters. Beside the basicdesign we can deliver variants of special electrical(15 kV, 60 Hz, 6 terminals, two voltage level, evenhigher pole numbers than shown in the table) andconstructional (two shaft ends, slide bearing, increasedsafety, pressurized and non-sparking type design forpotentially explosive environment) versions andvariants meeting special requirements and standards(low noise, high runaway speed, increased reliabilityfor energetics, etc.)

FHAV type belongs to our general purpose F series,consisting of vertical, flange mounted (IM V1, IEC 34-7)induction machines constructed on principle ofvariable modules. FHAV type is through-ventilated,self-cooled (IC 01, IEC 34-6), protected against waterspray (IP 23, IEC 34-5) and fitted with slip-ring rotorwith permanently operating brushes with rotor circuitresistance for starting and speed control. The range ofrated powers as a function of number of poles of the6000 V, 50 Hz basic design motors with class Finsulation for S1 type duty as per IEC 34-1 operationalconditions are shown on the diagram below.
Main constructional features of the motors are robustwelded stator case, fabricated steel shields, labyrinthsealed bearings with grease disk, two symmetricalinner air circuits with radial air ducts for bothdirections of rotation, two-layer stator winding withstrengthened turn-to-turn insulation, fabricated steelterminal boxes of IP 55 protection grade with pressurerelief membrane, 3 phase two-layer rotor winding.Pt 100 resistance temperature detectors are built in thestator slots and at the bearings.
On special request we build in additional sensors(microswitch, contact thermometer, vibration sensor,speed sensor) and space heaters. Beside the basicdesign we can deliver variants of special electrical(15 kV, 60 Hz, 6 terminals, two voltage level, evenhigher pole numbers than shown in the table, pole-changing) and constructional (manual or motor drivenbrush-lifting device with short circuiting contacts,weather protected or pipe connection design) versionsand variants meeting special requirements andstandards (low noise, high runaway speed, speedcontrol with thyristor cascade, etc.). Oil lubricatedspherical roller bearings are applied for high axial loadsand low-speed motors, or oil lubricated slide thrustbearings for high-speed motors.
