Booking Terms and Conditions Provisionally book your chosen festive event. Pay a deposit of £10.00 per person to secure the booking, due within seven days of holding the date. A deposit of £50.00 per person for the Christmas Getaway and New Year’s Eve and £50.00 per person for New Year’s Eve accommodation is required.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Food and beverage pre-order forms will be sent to the organiser, along with the request for final payments. You are required to pay the final balance for the event and any beverage pre-orders, and submit meal pre-orders, four weeks prior to the event you are attending. Once full payment has been received, no refunds, exchanges or transfers can be made.

Enjoy our carol singers at 6:30pm before a three-course meal in Balharries Restaurant served from 7:00pm until 9:00pm. After dinner, take in a film in our movie room or choose from a selection of board games available in the Terrace Bar.

CHRISTMAS DAY Start Christmas Day with a relaxing breakfast in Balharries Restaurant served from 7:30am until 10:00am. Enjoy a refreshing swim or work up an appetite in our fully equipped fitness centre. Sit down to your festive lunch followed by coffee and mince pies from 12:30pm until 2:30pm. After lunch, why not take a self-guided stroll with one of our local walk guides or watch the Queen’s Speech, which will be shown in the Terrace Bar. A delicious buffet will be served in Balharries Restaurant from 7:00pm until 9:00pm, with time to relax and unwind with a drink in the Terrace Bar and light entertainment from our pianist.

BOXING DAYEnjoy a leisurely breakfast from 8:00am until 11:00am. Throughout the day explore the Cotswolds and Malvern Hills or take a trip into Cheltenham and grab a bargain in the sales. Afternoon tea will be served at 4:00pm, followed by an Around the World inspired buffet in Balharries Restaurant from 6:30pm until 9:00pm. Relax on your last evening away in our Terrace Bar with light entertainment.
