Dingshang LGS villa system

Steel frame system Our steel frame system is made by Dingshang brand zincalume steel. Atmospheric exposure tests confirm in correct application, corrosion resistance is far superior to that of ordinary zinc coating, lasting up to four times longer in an identical environment. Our steel framing is mostly comprised of "cold-formed" members which are made by stamping or pressing steel at room temperature into a desired shape (often a "C" or "Z" shape) and

then cutting it to length and punching it with the correct bolt-hole pattern.

Roof solution Each of our Steel Homes kits has an optional steel roof package. It is designed to

provide a leak-free no-maintenance system that is attractive, durable, and economical. Our roofing

systems consist of PBR or PBU panels of 26-gauge 80,000 psi steel sheet and assorted trim elements of 24-gauge 50,000 psi steel sheet. Both are finished with a paint system

over a Galvalume substrate. Each package comes complete with all the necessary fasteners and closures
