Mine situated in Sukinda valley, Odisha, which is around 175 kmsfrom Ferro Alloys plant and operated through open cast mining method. The current resource is estimated to be more than 45 Million Tonnes duly validated by SRK.

• The existing plants Capacity is 170,000 MTPA which will be increased to 370,000MTPA by 2016

• In Parallel to development of Under Ground Mining, BAL has planned to undertakeadditional Investments for setting up a new Ferro Alloy Plant at Jajpur Location inIndia.
