12 On 01/1 8/2 015 at approxirnately 0101 hours Dep.

13 I were dispatched to the side of 664 Lomita Ct.

14 regarding a report of a female who was

15 field . Dep. TAYLOR arrived on scene at

3 I approached Dep. TAYLOR who was ensuring

4 was wearing a black, skin tight dress. I

5 pulled up to her waist exposing her vagina

6 wearing any underwear. The back of her

7 pine needles. The back of her neck was visible

8 disheveled, knotted and completely covered in pine

9 wearing brown boots that were still lacad, with th•

10 bow. There were zippers on the heels of her sboes

11 fully zipped up position. She was lying

12 and lege bent in a 45-90 degree angle (fetal posit~4~-~

13 were in front of her ehest with her hands on the

14 face. She had a light grey sweatshirt that was

15 arm, but was still on her left arm between the

16 arm. The extra sweater material was bunched up

17 ground. Her dress was pulled u on the front

19 was wearing a bra, however it

20 it exposed outside of her dress. The top

15 in the grase area near t he basketball court behind Kappa Alpha when

16 he noticed a female s ub ject lying on the ground. He immediately

13 and did not appear t o be under the influence of alcohol.

18 STATEMENT OF {S) TURNER

19 {S)TURNER is an undergraduate student at Stanford University. He

20 r esides i n the Lagunita Court - Eucalipto dormitory.

22 He stat ed that he arrived at the Kappa Alpha house to attend the

23 with his friend Tom KREMER at about 2300 hours. Throughout tha

24 night, {S)TURNER lhooked UPl with a few girls. By ~hooked upt

25 meant, kissed. Later in the night he went out to the back of

26 Kappa Alpha house and met a female, later

27 described as having dark hair and shorter than him, caming

28 about his shoulders. (S)TURNER is 6l3~. She was with oae
