CRITERIAFORFELLOWSHIPS:o TheapplicantshouldbeamemberofEACMFSo TheFellowshipCentreshouldbeaccreditedbyEACMFSorany

oftheFellowshipCommitteememberso Theapplicantshouldbeaqualifiedspecialistinmaxillofacial

surgeryaccordingtotheregulationstobeapplicableinhis/herhomecountryorthecountryinwhichhe/shehasacquiredspecialitytraining.

o Approvalforleaveofabsenceshouldbeobtainedfromtheemployingauthority.

o Clinicalorbasicresearchisrequired.AtleastonepaperreflectingthesaidresearchmustbesubmittedforpublicationtotheJournalofCranioMaxilloFacialSurgery.Followingsubmissionofthepaper,theFellowmustcooperateandrespondtoallrequestsfromtheJournalseditororeditorialstafftocompletethereviewprocess

o Financialresourcesshouldbeavailableforcoveringtheoneyearstayatthehostcentrewithapositionpaidforbyeitherthehomecentre,orthehostcentre,orbyagrantthatenablestheapplicanttoperformastudywhilestayingatthehostcentre.

o AcompleteCV,alogbookofoperationsperformedandalistofscientificpublications(co)authoredbytheapplicantpluswrittenproofofalltheaboveshallbesenttotheSecretariat

FINANCIALSUPPORT:o Amaximumof2000eurosperindividualfellowwillbe

availableasasubsistenceallowanceatthestartofthefellowship
