As per the authority conferred upon me by the Fee Regulatory Committee (Technical) wide its resolution dt. 30th August, 2017, I am issuing the following circular.

CIRCULAR

Since in absence of the requisite data, regular fee structure cannot be determined

for the institutions which have commenced the new program in the year 2017-18,

their provisional fee is fixed as per Appendix-1 for the year 2017-18.

The fee is purely provisional and on the basis of it the colleges or institutions will

charge fee from the students admitted in Academic Year 2017-18 for the First

Semester. It will be subject to final determination of the fee structures of such

colleges and institutions and they will be then required to charge and the students

will be required to pay fee strictly in accordance with the final fee structures that

may be determined by the Fee Regulatory Committee.

On determination of final fee structure for academic year 2017-18 onwards by the

Committee, the colleges /institutions may collect or shall refund, as the case may

be, the difference of fee, if any, approved for the year 2017-18.
