Trends Government is getting ~5% below per diem on FedRooms sold &
reported room nights (rates)
Government needs to drive hotel attachment in approved booking channels (ETS, DTS, TMC, CTO)
Rates are UP! - BTN, April 2014 - Transient business hotel bookings in 25 major North American markets over the next 12 months are trending 5.4 percent higher than in the same period last year, and the average daily rate on those bookings is up 3.5 percent

Test the hypothesis that driving travelers to our approved booking channels (ETS/TMC) for their lodging reservations will increase the utilization of FedRooms
Metric 1 – ETS / Travel Management Center (TMC) utilization GSA baseline: 14% of potential room nights reserved
through approved channels
Metric 2 - FedRooms Property Utilization GSA baseline: 78% of room nights reserved through
approved channels are reserved at FedRooms hotels
