Exhibit Hall D – Registration in Venetian Ballroom F– Monday, March 12 – 9:00am – 6:00 pm (Reg desk opens 9:00 am)– Tuesday, March 13 – 9:00am – Noon (Reg desk opens 8:00 am)

• We will have a hard stop at Noon for final cleaning – Expo to open at 3:00pm

• We advise exhibitors registering as early as possible either Monday or Tuesday and not waiting until the hours prior the first Expo session

• Booth Dismantle– Wednesday, March 14 – 3:00pm – 8:00pm

Vendor Appreciation Reception

• Monday, March 12 – 5:00 – 6:30 pm ‐ Venetian Ballroom J– All exhibitors are invited and encouraged to attend– Our way of saying “Thank You” for attending– Food, beverages and giveaways– Watch for additional information

– 3:00 – 6:00pm – Welcome Reception inside the Expo• Wednesday, March 14

– 8:00 – 9:30am – Taste of Vegas Breakfast – 11:30am – 3:00pm – Lunch included

• Exhibitors have access to the Expo up to 1 hour prior to the start –but cannot stay in the Expo between sessions.

Important Forms to ICBA• Please be sure to have the following items to ICBA as

soon as possible (deadline Feb. 13)– Certificate of Insurance

• Each company must supply valid Certificate of Insurance

– Registrations and Booth Passes• 1 Complimentary registration and 3 hall passes w/each 10x10 space

Booth Prizes• ICBA encourages booth prizes for ICBA LIVE participants• Draw your winner by 2:00pm on Wednesday, March 14• Winner name to be placed onto bulletin board in back

of the Expo and given to ICBA Registration staff• Contact your winner:

– Use Mobile App– Call or Text their cell phone– Connect and send after the convention

ICBA Sponsored Giveaways• ICBA will have sponsored giveaways to be announced• 2:30 pm (30 minutes prior to show close)• Announcements in the back of the Expo• Many prizes are “must be present to win”• These are the only prizes announced from the stage

– Shipping to advance warehouse

• Storage up to 30 days in advance of show

• Confirm freight received in advance

• Freight in booth upon arrival

– Keep amount of separate shipments to a minimum

– Crate all freight when possible

– Do not allow carrier to double‐stack or side load so special handling/additional labor charges are avoided

– POV / Cartload service available

– Bundle services if it makes sense
