The user-customizable iTAM Link Dashboard is the first screen that appears upon login and summarizes key portfolio information including the following:

Tracks important appeal, assessment and tax dates and deadlines that can be customized throughout the sys-tem.

Displays all properties in a costumer portfolio on an interactive map. Integration with Google Maps allowsfor satellite views and street imagery for each location.

Lists key portfolio statistics such as number of properties, parcels, buildings, etc.

Summarizes key metrics by year such as total assessed and market value, total taxes paid, and total tax savings.

The Data Manager also supports both standard and custom Excel integrations.

Extracted data is automatically populated in iTAM Link across various data modules and fields, placing it in the right place and validating the extracted information. Electronic versions of these documents are also uploaded seamlessly to iTAM Docs

Restrict user access to specific sections of the portfolio (such as specific properties and regions), as well as restricting access to different features of iTAM Link. Choose between read and write access. Allow multiple users to access the same data set simultaneously.

iTAM Link users are provided with both email and phone support for technical and non-technical issues. All issues and inquiries are responded to expeditiously by a designated client representative and where required, forwarded to the appropriate experts.

Only an internet connection, user name and password are required to access iTAM Link. Work from anywhere with an internet connection, on any major browser.
