SPECIFICATIONS

ESTER-300 is a flexible, expandable sleeving that is both lightweight and strong. The ESTER-300 dense braided structure made of polyester monofilament is specially designed for abrasion protection of automotive hoses and cable bundles located in the engine compartment.

Easily installed thanks to its expanding diameter capacity (approximately 1 to 2) enabling significant differences in cross sections, elbows, connections, etc to be overcome without kinks or flattening.

Easy cutting to length by hot cutting.

Thanks to its expandable capacity ESTER-300 can cover a whole range of diameters with a limited number of references.

Supplied in rolls or cut to length, ESTER-300 is the rational and esthetic solution to protect your hoses or cable bundles.

SPECIFICATIONS

ESTER-600 is a flexible braided sleeve made of PBT polyester monofilament.

With its raw material treated flame retardant and approved V0 (as per the standard UL 94), this is the must-have sleeve for the resistance and protection of cable whenever the spreading of fire is prohibited.

Its expandability (ratio 3:1) makes it easy to install while taking up significant differences in cross sections, elbows, connections, etc., without bends of flattening.

ESTER-600 is therefore particularly recommended where Underwriters Laboratory certification is required. Not only the raw material is approved V0 according to UL94, but also the sleeve itself is UL approved under fileN° E174148.

Hot cutting to length means there is no fraying of the ends.

Supplied in coils or cut to length, ESTER-600 is an efficient and esthetic solution to protect your electrical cables in environments where fire is not recommended.
