Switch Therapy

1) Afixime is considered as first choice of switch therapy because it has similar chemical structure, bacterial coverage and efficacy like Ceftriaxone which is used as parenteral therapy antibiotic in hospital. As a result patients gets less costly alternative after reaching home.
