Subject: Permission to participate in National Hardware Show, Las Vegas (USA), May 5-7,2015 being organized by India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO)
Sir/Madam,
The units with the names of their representatives as mentioned in Annexure -I to this letter arehereby permitted for participation in the above mentioned fair on the basis of information furnishedby them in their applications and enclosures. It is further informed that all the participants need tomake their own arrangements for travel. hotel accommodation, visa and passport, medical insurance& local transport etc. Air fare reimbursement will be admissible to one representative of a unit as perMDA scheme guidelines.
The approved representatives of all the MSEs would stay in the pavilion for the whole duration of thefair, if not so, the units may be debarred from the participation in forthcoming future fairs of Office ofDC (MSME), The unit may depute another representation under unavoidable circumstances in placeof approved one only after prior permission of Office of DC (MSME) well in advance ..
Further, it is also to inform that after participation in the said fair, you should submit thereimbursement claim with following documents within one month from the date of completion of thefair, failing which it may be presumed that you are not interested for reimbursement of airfare & yourapplication will not be considered further.
