FC&E Engineering, LLC (FC&E) provides environmental permitting, compliance management, and environmental consulting to a broad range of clients including chemical production, energy, manufacturing, wastewater treatment, wood products, healthcare and universities, petroleum product operations, and select state and federal agencies. Our

team can work in unison with your staff or other consultants such that the backgrounds of each individual compliment the other team members to ensure that projects are performed in an efficient manner, completed on-time, and within budget.

With many years of combined experience in environmental engineering and management, including planning and construction projects, FC&E and its team members provide engineering, project management, environmental permitting and compliance assistance, as well as construction stormwater management for any size project. Through our experience, we can provide turn-key

environmental permitting (Air including modeling – Wastewater – Stormwater – Wetlands Permitting - Solid Waste – Hazardous Waste Management), environmental compliance audits, expansions and plant modification planning and permitting, environmental engineering, as well as total environmental compliance management (Contingency Plans, Closure plans, Remediation Work Plans and Cleanup Plans for Contaminated Soil and Groundwater, SPCC Plans, SWPPP, and Training in each of these areas).

We have performed projects for a wide variety of industrial,

municipal, state and commercial facilities. Our diversity has sharpened our skills and allowed continued growth in all aspects of our company. Our clients have confidence in our ability to meet their goals and exceed their expectations. This is evidenced by

these key-clients repeatedly contacting FC&E to perform additional environmental engineering and compliance project

work. In understanding our strengths, we can work with others to ensure that projects are completed effectively, regardless of the dynamics of the particular project. Project and client references can be provided if desired. FC&E Engineering originated in 1999 in Brandon, MS. Since that time, we have performed projects

for a wide variety of industrial, municipal, state and commercial facilities. FC&E is licensed to practice engineering in various states. Most recently, FC&E has worked with specific key-industrial sectors such as the chemical and fertilizer industry (nitrogenous, phosphates, and potash facilities), power plants, oil and gas facilities, healthcare industry (hospitals), universities, federal prisons, specialized wood products, agriculture production, and biofuels.
