essential to your learning and success.

Setting Up Your Kindle

LanguageSelect the language and continue

STEP 1 Connect to WiFiSelect “Add Network” at the bottom of the list

STEP 2 NetworkDO NOT enter a network name. Just hit CANCEL.

Connect to WiFiSelect “NOT NOW”

STEP 4 Skip Fire SetupSelect “SKIP”

Connect to WiFiSelect the first option. It will either say “Internet”, “Wireless Bluetooth” or ”WiFi”

STEP 8 Connect to WiFiSelect your “Home WiFi Network”

If you do not have Wi-Fi at home, you can also connect to a mobile hotspot through a cell phone.

Connect to WiFiType in the Password for the WiFi and hit Connect.

STEP 10 Connect to WiFiHit the Home buttonon the bottom of the screen (the circle)

RegisterSelect Register

STEP 13 RegisterEnter the Kindle Username and Password assigned to you by the school, then select Continue.This information will be on the sheet of paper that was given to you with your Kindle.

Fire OptionsIf you see this page, un-select everything except the first option. Hit continue. If this page does not show, continue to next slide.
