• Conditioning already in-service fluids to prolong fluid life

• Removing water contamination (free water) in systems

• Supplemental filtration in systems where additional filtration may be required at times

• Servicing fleet equipment

Features• Rugged heavy-duty frame is designed for rigorous use. High-quality powder coating protects steel

frame from weathering.

• Oversized solid rubber (never flat) tires make transporting easy and efficient. Heavy-duty wheels have

greasable bearings.

• Industrial-grade gear pump is rugged and durable. Flow rate is 10 GPM.

• Single phase motor, 115V/230V, 8.4/4.2 amps.

• Heavy duty On/Off switch with 8-foot electrical cord.

• Rated for hydraulic and lube oils with viscosities up to 220 cSt (1000 SSU).

• Durable 32” long zinc-plated steel wands are strong and resist breaking compared to competitor

brands.

• Clear flexible kink-resistant hoses help protect pump. 8' Hoses installed using safe and strong 2-Ear

clamps are standard.

• 2-stage filtration (in series) gives longer filter element life and time between service intervals.

• Visual gauges tell you when each filter needs changing. Separate gauges for each filter maximizes

each filter's life.

• Pump bypass loop prevents system damage due to over-pressurization.

**1 Viscosity range is recommended based on the suction hoses and pump capacity. As fluids heat or

cool, their viscosity will change. Please ensure that the fluid viscosity is in the working range of the unit.

*2 Max operating temperature is dependant upon the standard nitrile (Buna) seals. Other seal materials

are available for different operating temperatures and fluid types. Please consult Behringer for proper ap-

plication of seal materials. Please also note that temperature will affect the viscosity of the fluid.

Sizing and Duration

In order to properly condition fluid in your reservoir, we

recommend turning the reservoir over approx. 7 times to

ensure that all the fluid has been passed through the filter

once.1 To achieve this, you can use the following formula

to determine how long to run the filter cart.

Flow rate (10 GPM) _________________ = Service Time (Minutes)

Reservoir Size x 7

For a 100 gallon reservoir, the formula would be:

100 gallons x 7_____________ = 70 Minutes

10 GPM

Using this formula achieves single-pass filtration. If you

want to condition fluid further, you can multiply the

service time by the number of passes you would like to

achieve. For example, for 2-pass filtration you would

multiply 70 minutes x 2 and that yields a 140 minute run

time for 2-pass filtration on a 100 gallon reservoir. Notes:1. 7- time reservoir turnover is as recommended by Noria Corporation
