I. As per Qualification Criteria vide Clause 2.1.1 (section I ) bidders during the last7years reckoned from the bid due date should have been awarded andsuccessfully completed at least one tank for storage of Petroleum Projects ofdiameter equal to or more than the minimum prescribe pre qualificationrequirement.Based on the documents submitted by you in respect of work done for HPCL at

Vizag refinary. It is seen that the date of award is 15.04.1998 and does notmeet the above Qualification Criteria requirement.

Hence you are requested to submit any other additional documents in support ofany other works awarded after 31.05.1998 and completed by 31.05.2005.

II. Form 1 containing average turnover does not contain the seal and signature ofyour Auditior.The same shall be submitted with the seal and signature of Auditor.

Please furnish the above by 21.06.2005 to enable us to consider your offer.Discussions fixed on 23rd June, 05 at 14.00 hrs will be subject to meeting theQualification Criteria requirements.
