Incoming Fax • AvantFAX allows the administrator to permit users to view all incoming faxes or only faxes that arrive on certain fax modems. All faxes that arrive
pass through AvantFAX's database system where the fax is archived in PDF format and the preview images are made for the web interface. If the sender's fax number is setup for Fax2Email, AvantFAX will send the received fax directly to the assigned email address and skip the web interface.

Outbound Fax • As for sending faxes, users can either use the online interface or an application installed on the user's computer with which the user authenticates
with the HylaFAX server with their username and password. Once the fax has gone through or if there is a problem sending the fax, the user will receive a notification email. If the fax was sent successfully it will be archived for future reference.

2. Super User เห็นได้ทกุ Fax สง่ Fax ออกได้ ขึน้กบัท่ีก ำหนดไว้ว่ำจะให้สำมำรถ Delete ได้หรือไม ่
3. User Fax ท่ีสง่ออก จะเห็นได้เฉพำะของตนเอง สว่น Fax เข้ำ จะเห็นได้ตำมท่ีก ำหนดไว้ว่ำเห็นเอกสำร Fax ใน Category อะไรได้บ้ำง

ขึน้กบัท่ีก ำหนดไว้ว่ำจะให้สำมำรถ Delete ได้หรือไม ่

Admin User
• จะเปิดสลบัได้ระหวำ่ง App Admin กบั App User

• จะเหน็และจดักำรกบัเอกสำร Fax ได้ทกุฉบบั
• Admin ระบบไมไ่ด้

• จะได้รับสิทธิตำมท่ีก ำหนดไว้ในระบบ โดยจะมีสิทธิหลกัๆ คือ – สำมำรถเห็นเอกสำร Fax ใน Category ใดได้บ้ำง (โดย Default เอกสำรFax ท่ีสง่ออก จะ
เห็นได้แต่ของตนเอง)
– สำมำรถสง่ Fax ได้หรือไม่
– สำมำรถลบ Fax ได้หรือไม่
• Function ท่ีสำมำรถใช้งำนทัว่ไป – สง่ Fax Reply (Forward) กลบัไปยงัหมำยเลขท่ีสง่ Fax เข้ำมำได้
– Download Fax file ในรูปแบบ PDF หรือ Tiff
– Print หรือ Email เอกสำร Fax
– เพ่ิม Note หรือ Comment เอกสำร Fax ได้
– ย้ำยเอกสำร Fax เข้ำหมวดหมู่ท่ีถกูต้อง
– เก็บเอกสำร Fax เข้ำไปไว้ในฐำนข้อมลูส ำรอง (Archive)

• จะมี 2 App ให้เลือกใช้ได้ คือ Web App กบั Win App

• ใช้สง่ Fax จำกท่ีใดก็ได้ • ไม่ต้องติดตัง้โปรแกรมที่เคร่ือง • สง่ได้แต่เอกสำรท่ีไม่มีกำรเปลี่ยนแปลง (Static)
• ใช้สง่ Fax จำกเคร่ืองที่มีกำรติดตัง้ Win App • ต้องติดตัง้โปรแกรมท่ีเคร่ืองก่อนกำรใช้ • สง่เอกสำรที่มีกำรเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ (Dynamic)
