    Pizza Fusion is the market leader in providing different products ofpizzas as there are no competitors in this sector. Their good imagemakes the organization more strong. Pizza Fusion is providing goodtaste, quality products with qualified staff, good atmosphere andhygienic environment. They are specialized in pizzas.     However, the fact that Pizza Fusion does have a restaurant to run is

    also a weakness. Pizza Fusion has higher overhead costs, due to therestaurant that other competitors don't have to deal with. Another

    result of higher overhead costs is higher prices Pizza Fusion must

    charge. Obviously, Pizza Fusion is not the low cost producer. They rely

    on their quality pizza and good service to account for their higher

    prices. They are providing less range of products comparatively with

    high prices. They are more focused on Western taste instead of

    Eastern.

    There are complex computer systems and internal conflicts from

    franchisees.

    Little Caesar's who is establishing their self in India andmight move

    is another one of Pizza Hut's competitors, right behindDomino's in market share. Little Caesar's is famous foroffering large quantities of pizza for less money.

    Other local restaurants can affect their market share byproviding pizzas with lower price.

    Social factors can affect their image as a Westernorganization Rising cheese costs threaten margins. Threat from Dominos pizza, also from Mc Donalds who

    have tried to introduce a new meal that is a Pizza called:

    McPizza.

    Founded On Friendship Pizza Fusion was born in February of 2006 out of the (not

    so) genius minds of Michael Gordon and Vaughan Lazar.Weeks prior to Lazar getting married, the two collegemates began brainstorming how they could dosomething different that would not only spark theircreative juices, but start a business that would make adifference in people's lives.     Pizza fusion has many targets which it has achieve in a given

    period of time. The time-period is mostly a year. Therefore, inorder to fulfill the targets different strategies are adopted by Pizza

    Fusion. It can be concluded that these strategies have been

    successful and there is flexibility in the strategies, as they can be

    changed with the changes in the market conditions as well as thetarget.

    Tuesday, June 12, 2007 - National chain Salad Creations has

    opened its first Michigan location at 1043 Woodward, in the

    ground floor of the 1001 Woodward parking garage. Sinceopening on May 21, owner Luciano Gonzalez says, "It's been

    very good, very busy. I live downtown, we believe in the city

    and wanted to bring something new to the city."

    Salad Creations offers over 40 salad toppings -- including

    jumbo shrimp and Alaskan salmon. Its menu offers select

    feature salads and wraps, or customers can create their own

    salad for $6.99, with an additional $2.50 to add a meat or

    protein.

    Gonzalez says that 70 Salad Creations franchises have been

    sold across the country, and 19 of them have opened.
