EXOS is the root of the word exosphere (the outer layer of the Earth’s atmosphere). Earth’s exosphere is uncharted territory and is incapable of supporting human life. 3. What is the mission statement and goals of EXOS? To provide the finest performance systems, specialists, and facilities seamlessly

integrated to efficiently and ethically enhance our athletes’ performance. Our goals are to motivate through education, improve performance, decrease injury

able to come in at whatever time you desire, but you are allowed the flexibility to join a different workout group on days your normal time isn’t available to you.

15. How long does a work-out last? Our workouts consist of 60-90 minutes of activity; this includes a proper functional

warm-up and then speed-strength training followed up with recovery protocol.16. Will I be assessed to determine the difficulty level of training I’m capable of?

Yes, before we train any of our athletes they get screened to determine their current state of health. The evaluation consists of communicating past/present injuries, body composition, nutritional evaluation, and more. You will then be placed in a workout group similar to your capacity.

22. How long will it take me to see results when training with EXOS? Obviously, the longer you align with EXOS the more results and increases in

performance you should expect see. We strongly promote our 12 week program as a good starting point. This amount of time will allow for significant changes and adaptations to occur within your body and mind. This is also close to the amount of time most athletes have available to train themselves in their off-season. While we do, and will, work with athletes in-season, some don’t have the energy or commitment to push their bodies and train as hard when they must perform frequently.

23. Will I be working out with people similar to my physique and body composition? Our programs offered are categorized based on age. You will be working out with others

relatable by age, but some of our groups are made up of diverse body types and levels of ability. Everyone will be able to participate in workouts, and limitations will be accommodated to if necessary.

24. Are there certain programs that focus on just speed, just strength, or a targeted muscle group? We occasionally get elite athletes whose main goal is to train with us to reduce their 40

yard dash time or increase their vertical leap by 3 or 4 inches. This can be very important if one is preparing for an NFL Combine, but for some athletes we need to step back and take a look at the bigger picture. In order for one to improve at these tests of speed and explosive power, we need to evaluate the individual and look for areas of improvement and assess their strengths. We here at EXOS do not target muscle groups, but rather, we train MOVEMENTS. You need to ask yourself, am I moving/running as efficiently and effectively as I can? Am I utilizing my body’s pillar (core) to conduct energy/force and provide myself with the stability I am capable of? We are here to provide you with the answers and help you reach the state of peak performance you’re capable of.

25. Will I get my money refunded if I decide EXOS is not for me? Any payments made within EXOS agreements/contracts are non-refundable and, if

services go unused by Client, cannot be applied to purchase of future services.
